I’ve been going to this restaurant since I was a kid; well over 10 years. The food has been pretty consistent in quality and can be described as a typical chinese take-out restaurant. I usually get general tso chicken, broccoli in garlic sauce, and chicken and broccoli. They’re honest with their portions and prices; I like that they don’t skimp on the chicken by sneaking in more rice underneath the meat. I ordered pork chow mein and I’m pretty satisfied. As I said before they’re consistent.

Just tried takeout General Tso chicken dinner combo… cost 8.50 could be a lil cheaper but pretty average price… pretty good food nothing exceptional standard take out food. Watch out those egg rolls come hot i think I burned my tongue.

Good enough to eat only if there were no more Chinese take out in the world. But since there is so much to choose from this place will not be choosen again The free dim sum were disgusting. The house special chow foon looked and was bland for mini shrimp, whole chunks of nasty smelling roast pork, and huge un appetizing pieces of chicken looked streamed. Egg foo young not sauced so it was dry and it just needs to sit inside the gravy not shortage from it. Sesame chicken was just okay. Will not come here our every suggest this place.

I think it is great! Delivery is fast and courteous… the food has no MSG. ORELSEMYHEADWOULDBEONFIRE… it’s way better than other places than I have tried and I have been going here for 10 years. Tried all the other places… nothing else compares.

This take out Chinese restaurant is exactly what you would expect. It’s large with seating, but old and needs some work. The food is just average. I think they need a makeover and to adjust their menu to accommodate the changing neighborhood.

Only 1&½ stars? Ok. So maybe it isn’t the nicest looking restaurant but it’s pretty typical of takeout Chinese places I’ve seen. The wait time if you walk in and place you’re order seems a bit long at times, but when I call for delivery they’re at my door in 20 minutes or less. I’ve tried Several places around the neighborhood for Chinese take out and I don’t think any of them are as good as Fu Ying. Mr Tongs? Wasn’t impressed plus they smushed my egg roll into my lobster sauce. Sesame chicken is crispy, boneless ribs are well done and not fatty, spareribs are nice and meaty. Dim sum could use a little work but it’s still tasty. My only gripe is their egg rolls(can I get an egg roll sized egg roll and not a spring roll please?) and their fried wontons(mostly wonton wrapper). Overall I haven’t had anything from here that I really disliked.

Everyone in the area says this place sucks and that Mr. Tong’s across the street is much better. I haven’t had a problem yet — I think the only thing that sucks is the chicken and broc. Also, they only give me 3 – 4 shrimp when I order shrimp & broc :( They get super busy around lunch time so make sure to order ahead of time. I always order about 5 – 10 mins before getting there and it’s usually ready when I get there. Crispy sesame chicken = nomnom

Was looking for something quick and easy since I had a time constraint. I ordered the steamed shrimp dumpling appetizer. Guy at the counter seemed rushed and distracted. Two more people came in after me and put in their orders and we all waited. After 15 minutes, one of the people who ordered after me got his chicken with cashews and fried rice and walked out. How does an appetizer take more time to make than an entrée? And steaming eight frozen dumplings takes more than 15 minutes? I went to the counter and asked the guy how much longer. His response? «Oh, it’s right here!» It was sitting on a table behind him for who knows how long. It didn’t occur to him that people like having their food as soon as it’s ready. The dumplings are mostly dough, with lots of cabbage and one small shrimp in each. I should have known something was up when I looked for the Dept of Health grade in the window and it was no where to be seen.

This used to be my favorite place until the pork fried rice went downhill.

This was my first and last experience here… my wife and I was hungry for Chinese American and this was the closest to us. Maybe because it was late or maybe its because they don’t serve good food. But when we went at 10pm on Saturday we ordered the bbq spares ribs, honey rib tips with beef fried rice, and wings. The wings looked like it came from baby chicks that was over fried and old, the bbq ribs were all fat and dry. The only decent dish was the honey tips with beef fried rice. Oh now for the exciting piece of information. as we were there watching, one chief was cooking our meal on a wok the other cook was using the adjacent wok as a bucket with detergent and with an extension brush proceeds to scrubs the metal back splash around and over our food while it was being cooked… so I would say unless its the only restaurant opened and you have a good stomach that is empty… stay away…

Slightly better chinese food than the other fast food places in the area. The sesame chicken is crispy, the chicken broccoli flavorful, and the egg drop soup is just right. The only thing i’d avoid getting is the wonton soup.
