On a sunny, warm Friday in early March of this year, we were in Reedsburg for a family funeral. We live in Chicago’s northwestern suburbs and had stopped at McDonalds for a break and when we got back in our car, it would not start. I was able to locate the phone number of several repair services and Sullivans Two was the first who picked up the phone. They immediately sent a mechanic over to look at our car who determined that we needed a new starter. We were picked up by a family member, we handed over our keys, and Sullivans took care of having our car towed and repaired by mid-afternoon that day. We were understandably distracted and failed to even give them our names or telephone number. But, in good faith, they took our car and got it back in working order. When we arrived at their location around 3 p.m., we were treated very well and spent some time waiting in their very accommodating waiting room. We really value and appreciate the outstanding service we received and, if we lived closer, we would undoubtedly, have all of our cars serviced there. Thanks, again Sullivans, for your world-class service, we really appreciate it!
