Parmesan Pizzeria

During a family trip to Silver Dollar City, I found Parmesan’s on Unilocal and we decided to give it a try. As we were getting close to arriving, I started to wonder what we’d gotten ourselves into as the area looked more like a good place to get your car fixed or to buy a buy a bushel of fresh fruit out of the back of a truck than to find good pizza. When we arrived, I saw the doubt in everyone’s eyes. Inside, the décor, the great view and especially the heavenly smells reassured us. The first bites of pizza erased any doubts that we had chosen wisely.
We started with toasted ravioli which were just ok and completely unnecessary given the amount of food we were given. Most of us shared a couple of different pizzas, a thin crust deluxe and a hand-​tossed chicken Alfredo. Everything about the deluxe was top notch from the crispy but sturdy crust to the fresh veggies. The chicken Alfredo was really good though I think the Alfredo was what carried it as the chicken would have been a bit dry and dull without it, bit good nonetheless. My daughter had a meatball sub that would have been plenty for the largest of appetites. At her urging, I had a sample of the bread and it was magnificent and crispy, more like deep dish pizza crust than bread.
We went back two nights later and had the cordon bleu pizza which was even better than the chicken Alfredo. I also had a salad that was impressively fresh and topped with some of the best garlic croutons and bleu cheese dressing I’ve ever had.
Prices were very reasonable given the quality. Service and ambience were «decent pizza joint» but it’s really about the food here.

I got the spaghetti and meatballs and chicken parmesan and it was definitely not the best. Haven’t tried the pizza yet though.

I like the food here better than chain pizza places. Ignore the negative review, seriously, it’s a pizza place, we’re lucky they actually do wait on us there. Most other pizza places are ‘serve yourself’ and I actually appreciate that the servers don’t hover. I am not a local but I do visit family here often enough to eat here many times. All that being said, the food is great and worth giving a try!

Someone from Dogwood Canyon recommended this place to us. My whole family is pretty much obsessed with pizza, and we loved it here. Service was awesome. We got pizza, wings, and cinnamon sticks, all delicious. Completely caught us by surprise. It looks like someone’s house from the outside, but it’s surprisingly nice and looks like a restaurant inside. Would highly recommend, and would order pizza from here again if we ever come back to Branson on vacation

A great place to eat. We are locals and go here often. Not sure who the reviewer that didn’t like the waiter was talking about. All their staff are super friendly. Maybe it’s Review W who has the bad attitude.

We visit often since this is where our lake house is located and eateries are scarce in the area… If I could rate the food, it would FOR SURE be 5 stars! However, the male waiter that’s been there for years — who is also the primary wait staff — in fact, he seems to be one of the only employees in general; well anyway, I don’t know how to express how rude this individual is!!! Ruins EVERY eating experience… We’ve gotten to where we almost can’t stand going in because the experience (s) are always so awful (except the food, which is what brings us back). We thought that maybe it was just us that he hates, but several of our lake-​neighbors have mentioned similar experience… I’d think with the highway re-​rout, they’d be interested in gaining a customer base and keeping them, but it seems of no concern to this individual or diner.

This is our favorite pizza place, and we always come at least once whenever we visit the area. We always order the «supreme» pizza with hand-​tossed crust. A winner every time. We’ve brought several family members here as well, and they always tell us they’re glad we took them there because it was so good. I highly recommend this place.

The parmesan deluxe was great. we like thick crust, but their hand toss was ok. The waiter was more interested in the football game than the only couple in the restaurant.

Great salads. Tasty pizza. Several unique topping combos. Friendly staff.
