My friends and I used to hang out here while we were in high school(graduated RCHS in 92) and my best friend worked here during the same time. I have some great memories of hanging out here. The pizza was and is good but I absolutely love the Stromboli. The employees and owners(especially Dan) were awesome. I have lived in Georgia since 93 and whenever I go back home we have to get my Pompeii’s «fix».

It’s nothing amazing. Pizza is very decent as far as pizza goes. The buffet usually offers a decent variety and you can request them to make something specific which is nice. Salad bar is ok. They also have chicken nuggets, fries, bread stick bites, «rib» meat etc but these seem to be frozen and not really all that great. All that being said I almost always go here when I’m in town and plan to go back the next time. Price is good, atmosphere is very good.

Excellent pizza. It’s a bunch of high school kids working there and they’re all really friendly. They have a buffet during the week for $ 5(I think). They also have these good no bake cookies that I would always get. Peanut butter is my favorite!

Pompeii’s is just some good ol’ plain jane pizza. I’m a big fan of the thinner crust they use and the toppings are always good. Be careful of the lunch buffet because it is hit or miss. Sometimes the place is crowded and you can’t hardly get a piece of pizza. Other times it’s empty and the pizza is a bit cold. But for the price, it’s still worth it. However, if you are here for the lunch buffet, do NOT pass up on the excellent no-bake cookies. Some of the best I’ve ever had.
