Hands down, Susan is the best. She really analyzes each nail and files to perfection. My gel nails lasted for 3 weeks, and was still in perfect condition on the 3rd week until it started growing out.

I’ve been coming here for two year and really enjoy my gel manicures. They last for 2 – 4 weeks depending on how fast my nails grow out. Never had a problem with them chipping. Pedicures usually last 3 weeks and never chip. Love the service here as well. They have parking in front as well as in the back. Susan and her employees take great care of me. You can call in for an appointment or just walk in. Either way expect a great mani pedi. They also do waxing.

I’ve been coming to Susan’s Nails since they opened in 2002. That’s 13 years! Susan and her staff are the kindest and most caring nail professionals I’ve ever experienced. They also do a beautiful job with my nails! I’ve never had any problems or concerns. When I bring my two daughters, they are treated like special guests, sitting in their own Hello Kitty massage chairs. They routinely use hot stones for leg/​foot massages and I get my waxing done here, too. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Susan’s nails for over 5 years and have yet to find anywhere better. I have developed a friendship with many of the employees, including Susan herself. They always greet me warmly and never turn down walk-​ins (great for a busy schedule). While Menlo park is overloaded with amazing salons, I have yet to find a better gel manicure or better pricing! For only $ 25, their gel manicure lasts me up to a month and have not damaged my nails (other salons leave them flakey) They also do amazing pedicures with stone massages at no extra charge! Susan’s is a must!

I love this gem of a salon. Susan and everyone here really knows what they are doing. The manicure and pedicures are the best I’ve gone to and I’ve gone to a lot. They whole staff is always happy, professional and they have a lot of polishes to choose from.
They alway take time to make sure the manicures and pedicures are done perfectly.
I also LOVE bringing my child here. They have special seat for her that are hello kitty. It’s beyond cute.
If you are looking for a place to get your nails done and relax this gem on El Camino is it!

Great place! Susan is very nice and eager to create the best nails possible. I called at work because I had my nails done previously at a poorly run nail salon and needed to have something done about by poor quality full set. She managed to fit me in after I got off of work the same day and created amazing nails! She was very attentive to what she was doing, was not rushed, and wanted to make sure she created the best nails possible. Also it seemed very clean when I was looking around and at their tools. Great place with good prices. I also liked that it was quiet and that Susan was very nice to her employees and not yelling at them as one of the employees at the salon I visited previously had. I will be coming back and recommending this place to my friends :)

Wow! I came in for a manicure, but could see that there would be time for a pedicure! Susan and her crew were wonderful & even were able to wax my lower legs all in an hour. Plus post wax incredible leg/​foot massage and extra meticulous about stray hairs! Thank you for the pampering!

Susan and crew do a superb mani pedi with extended arm and leg massage, finished off with a hot stone treatment. Just sensational! I first came to Susan’s with my wife and, being male, I was a bit intimidated by being in a nail salon. That I soon realized was foolish. I find these sessions very pleasant and relaxing. Men follow your ladies to Susan’s and enjoy!

My hands are constantly in water and so Susan thought of doing shellac and I couldn’t be happier! My nails lasts me about 3 weeks. It’s perfect. Always a great job by Susan.

I wanted to like this place. I did like the women working here. However, when they are rushed, they do not do the best job. My gel manicure is bubbly and ragged with polish stains everywhere. This was the result of a walk-​in customer. The women rushed to get me done so that they could work on the 2 women that walked in. My pedicure, however is great. I chose to have a design and I loved it. Anna did an amazing job and I really liked her. If I come back, I will make an appointment with her.
Gel Mani/​Pedi + design came out to $ 75.
