I’ve been a model for 20 years and Steve is as good as it gets at his craft. You are guaranteed to get some shots you love. Outstanding equipment, communication, professionalism, eye. He tells you exactly how to pose and takes an interest in your goals and how you’ll use the photos to ensure you convey confidence appropriate to your setting. If the lighting isn’t perfect, he takes the time to break down the set and fix any issue to ensure you look your best. I don’t like posing and have left empty handed when I used other photographers because I wasn’t satisfied with the shots. If you have a stray hair or your hand is at an awkward angle, Steve will fix it. You won’t regret this investment in yourself. Steve is reliable and you receive proofs fast. Book at least a week in advance because he’s the best in the bay. He inspired me to be better in all I do.

I decided to have a professional headshot for my social media and business pages and what a difference! Steve was delightful to work with and gave me great tips on how to look my best. I first had my makeup done at AvantGard Spa in San Carlos, they did a great job and Steve really liked the look. He spent 90-minutes on the shoot and included a full body sassy pose, perfect for posting on my online dating profile! Tip– take an extra jacket to change the look a bit.

I started out hating having my photo taken, but I needed some photos for business marketing. Steve was very responsive to preliminary questions, scheduled my shoot for the following week, accommodated a somewhat weird request, was meticulous about technical details during the shoot, gave great advice, and took amazing photos. They were ready within a few days, and pricing was very reasonable. My husband will be going back to work with Steve when it’s time for his photos.

I needed head shots for my two boys and found Steve.
His pricing was reasonable, he was responsive in email and spent some time on the phone prior to the photo session to answer my questions and determine what I was looking for.
During the shoot, Steve was patient and fun with my boys (and they were a handful). He made them comfortable and got some creative and artistic shots that seem to capture their personalities. He was also flexible with accommodating suggestions I had during the shoot.
The only critique is that his studio was pretty small for the 4 of us, but overall a really good experience.
