They are so SLOW here!!! And only get my drink right half the time… I order the same thing every day!!! They used to have a crew that would know your drink and start it before you ordered it if u were a regular! The good ones never last long here!

Customer service here is extremely poor. Simple things like reloading a card, or asking about new menu items, seems to bother the employees. I worked for Starbucks for a short time, and I know how easy it is to be frazzled with a constant long line, but they are just rude. It’s unfortunate because I go to Starbucks almost daily, and this is the closest location to my job. Just now while writing this, I heard someone tell the manager he had ordered two sandwiches, and she corrects him«you said one, but I’ll go toast another.» So terrible. Bagel Street Café is two doors down and a much friendlier to start to your day.

Not sure what I say or do to put the staff in such a bad mood, but it happens all the time! Sorry I ask for a frappuchino to be blended twice… It really doesn’t take that much more work to push the button a second time… Just saying. If you don’t mind them giving you horrible looks or sounding annoyed when they way to hat drink you order then come here by all means… It sucks that this is the closest Starbucks to my aunts house and I hate coming here. But sadly when she wants coffee this is our only resort for a quick fix. They need to open a Petes coffee in this shopping center!

I have been coming here lately to study and I’ve had a pretty neutral experience here until today. I was studying and ordered a Green Tea Frappaccino via the Starbucks app. I had accidentally pressed«no ice» instead of «light ice» and heard them making insulting comments and jokes about the person who ordered a Frappaccino with no ice. When I went to inform them of my error, they pretended as if I didn’t hear their words. When I picked up my drink I told them«you need to be careful because your comments can be heard» they looked at me for a moment of silence then ignored me and continued about their business. No apology, no acknowledgement of the comments they made – nothing. I’m furious, but now most of the staff is now hiding in the back leaving 1 person in the front… Be careful of the closing staff on Sundays, you may be the butt of their jokes if they think they can’t hear you. Btw the 2 stars are for the previous pleasantly uneventful times I’ve been here.

Please build a larger Starbucks here or open a rival coffee place. If you don’t mind surly staff, condiment bar a mess, and waiting 25 minutes for your drink, this is the Starbucks for you. The problem is not the staff, it’s management. Not enough staff, not enough space, too many customers.

This is by far the WORST starbucks I have ever come across. They will have 6 people behind the counter and yet only ONE is actually making drinks. There’s this one chick, older blonde lady who takes the drinks orders… she pretty much barks at you. Asks for your name then says HUH??? WHAT’S YOURNAME? WHAT??? dude, I’ve told you my name like 6 times by now, stop complaining about how ‘loud’ it is in your own shop. You obviously heard my drink order, and now all of a sudden you can’t hear my name? Even if that’s the case, STOPBARKINGATMETOTALKLOUDER. It’s just rude. I wonder, who the heck is the manager of this place? The people behind the counter barely pay attention to the customers. They talk behind the till about their hair, makeup, weekend plans. WHOCARES! Do your job! You’d be better off driving elsewhere to get your coffee…

I have visited this location on 3 separate occasions(months apart I’ll add) and have been disappointed every time. The most recent time was yesterday and I ordered an iced caramel macchiato hoping to get me through the last of the day and was bummed when my coffee tasted burnt and like it had been sitting out. Not sure if it was because it was in the late afternoon, but I will not visit this location again. I would have went back inside to ask to request another be made, but I was on a time crunch and was traveling. :(

I’m a big Starbucks fan. Go there 3 – 4 times a week. This location easily fails what Starbucks is known for, great customer service. They don’t seem to have the mobile ordering system down yet, which is fine because it is a newer process. It’s the service recovery that was met with disdain. Visit 1÷10÷15 at 2:50. Not one smile.

Loaded the mobile app on my phone — that’s the way to go! Avoid the long lines and pick up your coffee on the fly! I think they used to be understaffed, but now they seem to have staffed up and the wait isn’t as long. Must say, the mobile app is awesome — such a time saver!

The baristas at this location lacked training and we’re halfway training each other while making everyone’s drinks. I had to clarify 3 times I never asked for soy in my iced latte and they still didn’t get it right without me watching over them and telling them to make sure it wasn’t soy. One of the trainees kept rubbing his nose and not washing his hands, luckily he’s not the one who made my drink. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience but it also wasn’t a very good experience either.

The only thing that merits a star at this Starbucks is that it’s close to my house. Everyone here is clueless and gets your order wrong 95% of the time — always double check with the barista before you leave with your drink. Also, the line backs up quickly because they only have one person making drinks, so be prepared to wait 10 minutes or more. On to the staff… The employees here all have horrible attitudes. The staff is constantly bickering among themselves and gets testy and combative when you ask to have your order corrected. I cannot believe that Starbucks allows one of their locations to be mismanaged this way, absolutely atrocious.

I’m not sure why this Starbucks is not as great as others. Something is off at this location. The drinks never taste right… and it has been so bad(of people complaining that drinks aren’t right) that they finally posted a sign near the barista saying that they will fix any drink and make it right. Only problem is… that you have to wait. This place is slow anyways… and the extra wait is problematic. I usually order the same couple of drinks at any Starbucks, depending on my mood. Yet, every time I order from this one – I get an upset tummy. Maybe the refrigeration is off? No clue.

Horrible attitude from the staff here, no one needs this crap early in the morning. From the manager who keeps being an ass to here staff, to the Asian guy making drinks weeks just a complete jerk to customers. Closest to where I work, so its super convenient to drive out and get a quick cup of coffee. Parking is plentiful and even in the busiest times, I manage to get one right outside of Starbucks! Looks just like a typical Starbucks with the pastries, sandwiches, and usual coffees. Lines are a tad long in the morning, but I just get the simple black coffee and pay with my phone so I’m in and out the door in like 2 minutes. They usually never mess up my go-to order(Iced Skinny Vanilla Machiattio). I enjoy going here, even on the weekends. Usually have open tables for you too.

Probably not much to report other than this is officially the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. I was the second person in line. ordered two grande coffees. The guy over-filled mine… so poured some into the second cup and got a third cup to make the next coffee. He also overfilled that one so it was splashing out the side… so I had a wet coffee cup. Poured about 5 ounces in the garbage — sure they LOVE that. But the biggest thing was how frickin long they took for everything. It was crazy. The guy in front of me ordered ground coffee — so the guy taking orders took care of him and they never sent a second person up to take orders. It was ridiculous.
