Life without seltzer is not worth living! I’ve been getting seltzer delivered since I lived in NYC. Seltzer from the grocery store or from an at-home machine just doesn’t compare in terms of fizz and crispness. When I moved from NYC, my seltzer man(Walter Backerman) told me to give Kathryn a call once I got to SF. I’ve been a Seltzer Sisters customer for about 5 years now and I have no plans on ending my service an time. They’re very friendly and easy to communicate with. I’ve never had any issues or concerns and highly recommend their product. Ahhhhbubbles!

Great experience with seltzer sisters for many years now. Kids love it and guests always impressed with italian sodas we make with the water. Yes, they are not always on an exact schedule, but so what? In the end we usually have what we need and the women we interact with are a joy. My only wish is for glass bottles but I know only the old-timers get those.

I placed on online request for delivery, then called two more times until I finally got a very rude person on the phone. She seemed annoyed that I’d even called. Clearly this company does not want any new customers. The lady told me there’s a wait list to get delivery in San Francisco, so fortunately I won’t have to put up with her attitude.

I’ve used Seltzer Sisters for years, and I highly recommend them. I love the high fizziness of the water, and the convenience of having the cases dropped off at the door. They make monthly reminder calls before delivery in case you need to delay a week. I’ve had no customer service problems. Recently I had to cancel service because I’ve had to cut fizzy water out of my diet, but that’s the only reason. Thank you Seltzer Sisters for years of great service!

I love this water! It’s so delicious and has great bubbles. It’s great to be able to reuse the bottles and we drink lots more water this way. The taste is wonderful. Be patient. It may take a while to get on the route as they are very popular! Call don’t write and keep trying politely. You will get what you need and it’s worth the effort. We are very happy with the service.

We’ve been using this company for water deliveries to our home in the Oakland/Piedmont hills area for nearly ten years. They are reliable and very service oriented(many of the negative reviews here are pretty old). The product is fine – seltzer water. It is more expensive than buying it in the store but there is no waste and, I think, weighing the impact of fuel consumed in delivering the water and congeston created by the truck, it is still less taxing on the environment than buying disposable plastic bottles of carbonated water. We highly recommend them.

Oh delicious bubbly water, how I love thee. What more could you ask for in life other than really good seltzer dropped off at your door? Prices are reasonable and the plastic bottles are just fine by me. Minus one star for the difficulty in setting up service(I was worried that I’d never get it!). If you really want it, be persistent and they’ll get you hooked up.

If you’re in the Bay Area, you absolutely have to get Selzer Sisters delivered to your home. I’m not a big water drinker… I know that I’m supposed to drink 50 gallons a day but I can barely get one glass down a day. I drank a whole bottle of Selzer Sisters in one day. Really, its that good! And if you’re having a party, your non-alcoholic buddies will love the mocktails you can make out of the water and syrup. I hosted a baby shower the other day and got so many compliments on the water.

This is one of my favorite local businesses. I have successfully weaned my husband and kids off of soda largely thanks to bubble water. Our recycling bin was FULL of plastic bottles and glass bottles of bubble water until we found Seltzer Sisters. Now, I don’t have to hound my family to keep the lid on the seltzer bottle or tighten it — because the water is always perfectly bubbly. Also, now, I do not have to schlep to the store every week for our water fix. And, the best thing is that this is good for our planet and our bodies — reusable bottles, they deliver locally and it is healthy! Moreover, there is a certain coolness factor to the bottles(especially the antique glass ones) that you can’t deny. I use them for parties(and they make great squirt guns)… Lastly, I have found the service to be awesome — very responsive and personal!

I couldn’t agree more. I signed up online and had no response. Then I called and was told it could take a week or more. Then was asked my address and told«I am tired of parking tickets». I am so sorry that I actually want to pay you for a service. Who runs a business this way?

I am SOOO disappointed. I’ve been trying to get service with Seltzer Sisters for over 2 months now. In early September I called two times indicating my interest; I also filled out their online form. I got an email from them over a week later thanking me for my interest, telling me that«it can take several weeks to cycle into their system», and that they would be in touch. That was September 11. They have not been in touch. Despite 3 more phone calls and another email from me, I haven’t heard peep. Really? It’s coming up on 11 weeks, Seltzer Sisters. I know you said that it could take several weeks to cycle in the system, but this is ridiculous. Exceptional service? Not that I can tell. I’ve just purchased my own Mr. Fizz Senior stainless steel seltzer bottle and 10 boxes of CO2 cartridges. I’m sad to say the sisters have lost what would have been a loyal customer.

I’m having trouble categorizing this, but it’s home delivery über-bubbly seltzer water. Beware novice spritzers, this has some serious spray power! Lock and load! I sometimes use it to add air to omelettes and more often to make a tasty juice spritz(with cranberry, apple, or other juices). I can’t get nearly as good results with store-bought seltzer mixed with juice. Or for the hardcore, just drink it straight-up. We get 2 cases delivered at a time, and it’s really convenient. It’s super bubbly. Waaaaaaaaay more bubbly than anything you get at the grocery store, and no salt added, unlike mineral water. To borrow from their website: «For nearly 200 years, seltzer has been a tradition in millions of homes worldwide where fine waters are appreciated. Continuing this tradition since 1982, Seltzer Sisters has delivered our premium sparkling water to restaurants, cafes, and homes in the San Francisco Bay Area.» Borrowing again from their website, these are the benefits(couldn’t have said it better myself): * Help the environment. The durable bottle is picked up from you, then sterilized, locally bottled, and used again. * The sparkling water never goes flat. The bottle top is a valve, allowing you to spritz exactly what you want while still maintaining full carbonation in the pressurized bottle until it is empty. The other type of bottles of seltzer go flat soon after you open them because the pressure escapes. They also have fountain services, catering parties and events. I’ve never done that. I like seltzer, but I’m not that hardcore!
