Robert has been an invaluable angel navigating the IRS on my behalf through a few complicated situations. He’s been prompt and thorough, even picking up documents to save me the trip to his office. Been lucky to work with him for the last 5+ years, and look forward to the next 5+ more

Robert is really great and knowledgeable when it comes to taxes. He’s been our tax preparer since 2013; He’s been with us since we had our 1^st business. He definitely backs up his work! He even represented us when we got audited by the IRS for the year 2010 to 2014. With his help, We ended up paying IRS +/​-​$ 500 only, instead of what IRS originally wanted us to pay-​$ 15,000+! My husband and I are really grateful for his service. We would not trade him for any other tax preparer. He’s very professional, organized, charges reasonable amount for his service (definitely NOT greedy!), flexible, and someone you can trust! Keep up the good job Robert :)

I FINALLY found my tax person! I’ve seriously spent the past 4 years searching for the perfect accountant for my needs — and Robert is it!
I’ve worked with 3 – 4 different accountants and was never satisfied. Whether they were big firms or small, I always felt overcharged, under listened to, and was often given poor advice. My tax needs are a little complicated because I run an LLC (that’s taxed as an S-​Corp) but bigger firms (with their bigger prices) were overkill for my one-​person operation.
Then based on a recommendation from someone, I found Robert. Not only does he really know his stuff, but he’s willing to go above and beyond for his clients! He patiently answer all my questions, is proactive about recommending more aggressive strategies to me, willing to drive 2 hours out to meet me, answers questions over email for free (and if something requires a bit more work from him, he’ll be upfront with charges, so no sneaky bills tacked on later like other accountants), he’s familiar with Xero online bookkeeping and helped me organize my books, he’s cool with working remotely, he backs all of his returns with a guarantee (so if you get audited, he’s got your back!), oh and his prices are REALLY really great.
The only downside is that he can be a little slow to respond at times, but nothing too bad, and I assume it’s because he’s juggling a lot of clients. I almost hesitate writing this review because I want to keep him all to myself haha.
I’m sure there’s other things I’m forgetting, but I’m just so stoked I’ve finally found my tax person after years of trying other accountants that were not such great fits. Glad I’ve got someone I can trust, who doesn’t nickle and dime, encourages me e-​mailing questions throughout the year, and does all this at a great price. Robert rocks!

I’ve had my fair share of different tax people through the years but Robert had to be one of the easiest tax filings since I can remember. Robert is thorough and detailed oriented, very straight forward and you have the security of knowing a knowledgeable person is doing your taxes and that will be around to answer any questions be it from you or the IRS after. Easy to work with and having 2 offices helps a lot! There may have been a lack of communication at times, keep in mind you are not his only client BUT he will get it done.

Robert prepares my Returns and the returns of many of my Clients and Family members. He does a great job and is knowledgeable. I advise you to not leave things to the last minute when it comes to Tax preparation and filing. He is quite good but he gets very busy — so don’t be unhappy if he is hard to get in contact with really close to deadline time. Blame that on yourself.

Robert has been my business accountant and tax preparer for the past few years. He’s been a great advisor for my business finances as well as my personal. He’s able to work well with my financial company. He is extremely professional, easy to communicate with, and very thorough with all he does. He is a genuine person, and completely capable of almost any financial task you ask him to conquer. Over the past three years, he’s shown dedication, integrity, and reliability.

Would love to have given 5 stars but this guy is a major flake. To the point that he’s simply not worth the hassle. I’ve texted him and left voicemails with questions I’ve had. It’s like pulling teeth to get a response. And more often than not u won’t get one.
I did manage to ask if I could pay my state taxes with a credit card. He said it wasn’t worth it– the fees would cost over $ 100. For an $ 800 bill? I believed him but fortunately logged on anyway. Turns out it was only a $ 17 charge.
Then he told me I’d have my federal refund direct deposited in 2 weeks. Never happened. He promised he’d «check on it Monday.» That was 3 weeks ago. Nothing. I’d look for someone a little more professional before settling on him.

This review is way overdue. last year was my first year working with Robert and I was very happy with his services. He is very very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He takes his time to explain things to you, it was a pleasure working with him. I will definitely be using his services this year as well. Oh yeah, he is very affordable as well. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good, knowledgeable and friendly tax/​accountant specialist.

Robert is organized, efficient, trustworthy, and patient. He has been an invaluable part of our team at a small doctor’s office. He has quite a range of knowledge and skills. I often find myself thinking «I wonder what Robert would say about this?»

We Just finished doing our taxes and Robert made it really easy for us! To begin, we were behind on the deadline for tax season, so we contacted him and he helped us file an extension and also set us up for an appointment. We were a bit confused when we found out his weekend office was his home but once we met him, he made us feel very comfortable and handled him self with upmost professionalism. I’ve tried a lot of tax services, from H&R Block at the low end, to very expensive advisors. They all messed something up (or maybe it’s always been my fault :)
A friend suggested I try Robert this year. He was fantastic. Much better than everyone I’ve had before. And less expensive too.

Newly married. really had no idea what the benefits are for filing jointly or separately, Robert made it really easy and was very patient in explaining things to us both. We are having other issues with our taxes and he has been super patient and helpful. I highly recommend Robert’s services.

Simply put, Robert makes tax season a breeze!

Easy and convenient tax service! I’ve always dreaded getting my taxes done, but not anymore now that I found Robert! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. He did an excellent job on our taxes and takes extreme care in answering any questions, protecting financial and ID security, and gets returns done fast.

Robert is awesome! I not only refer all of my clients to him, but he takes care of my taxes every year as well. Couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable, friendly, guy. He loves what he does and it shows.
