0 stars for Leslie, 4 stars for Josephine. Don’t know if Leslie was having a bad day or what but she sure wanted to try me lol. I get there and it’s 4 people in front of me, no biggie, lines happen. I was the last one in line so when she gets to me she completely ignores me and I’m like lol ok are you busy? Do you not see me? She finally comes over and I didn’t see the guy coming behind her with the veggies so I start ordering and she’s like HOLDON! I have to put this away! Ummmm ok? Lol you don’t have to freak out. So when she was done after much standing and looking I decided to try the honey walnut shrimp. That was the icing on the cake for her. She was so snotty about it and just shoves it in my face and says what do you want? I said orange chicken and wontons. Tell me why I’ve ordered the same thing for all of Panda Express’s existence and she says«we don’t have wontons» so I look over and I don’t see them, I am confused because they’re always there. She’s like no… I said we don’t have them… So what do you want? I said fine, honey walnut shrimp. She was so rude. Didn’t suggest anything was just pushy and there wasn’t even anyone behind me! As she’s putting the shrimp in I look down and there they are… They just moved them. So annoyed at this point. So I go to the register and ask Josephine do you guys still have wontons? She says yes of course and is all smiley and wonderful to deal with. I was so pissed I wanted to go tell Leslie she needs to learn the menu. I get home and look at my meal Leslie gave me. Lol thanks for the whole 4 shrimp and small order of chicken. Not to mention the burnt ass wontons. Thanks boo! Somebody fire her already. She was terrible to deal with and it was my birthday.

I passed by this Panda Express because I’m nearby, it’s still dirty inside and the floor have a lot of litters.

I was at this location yesterday, it wasn’t crowded but the customer in front of me was ordering everything under the sun, and I was standing there for nearly 10 minutes, the guy whose name is Mil was helping the customer ordering everything under the sun never once said, sorry for the wait, someone will be with you, nothing, then a lady name Joy comes out looked like she just woke up or something and said to me, How are you doing? And I replied back Oh, I’m I’ve been waiting here for 10 minutes patiently, that should have been a hint, but that went right over her head, but she got my food together. And Mil he’s now attentive asking me if I wanted soy sauce I said no, he asked me if I wanted some drinks and I said no. At that point I was done. I’ve come to this location before and usually no problems.

18 minutes in line with 4 customers ahead of me. They ended up getting backed up and started confusing orders for people behind me. I ordered honey walnut shrimp which costs 1.00 more and they gave me only three pieces of shrimp. Last time I go there.

I would give less stars if I could. Four times I’ve order online(paid in advance) with this location. I arrived later than the stated pickup time and watch everyone in line(not paid for yet) get the last of what’s in my order. Only to be told they have to cook more to complete my order. Since am on lunch I do not have extra time for their incompetence. One time they rushed it and mixed chicken that was RAW in the middle. When I told the lady behind the counter she put the chicken back in the serving bowl and grab another piece from the bottom of the bowl and placed it on the cutting board I watch her cut the raw chicken on, when I told her that you can’t do that and now it’s all contaminated. She looked at me like I was crazy. Another day with out lunch.

Got to Panda Express about 1130am on Sat 7÷11÷15. I ordered an orange chicken bowl and Server: Lifang C barely put fried rice(in my bowl) and on top of that, orange chicken crumbs(must be a secret menu thing). She personally hand picked all the hard dry chicken crumbs and put it in my barely filled bowl. So dissappointing. I dont know why she did this. I am a paying customer just like everyone else. And yes panda express, you do have my permission to publish this. This should be a learning experience.

Why, just why? Why can’t I have just one thing go right here, ever? If it’s extra stingy small servings or overcooked meat and undercooked vegetables… dry chow mien or something… Every single time I’ve come here I’ve had some kind of issue… easily more than a half dozen visits. And I’m not horribly picky either. Geez. Well, no more… SCREW. You guys. I asked the attendant for an extra pack of soy sauce. She threw it in the bag. I drive all the way home, open the bag, it’s chili sauce. WTF? What about the packets she put in before I asked? NOFREAKINGSOYSAUCE. DAMN. Really? EVERYTIME I COMEHERE I HAVESOMEKINDOFDAMNISSUE. Yeah, I should have checked myself. I’m an idiot. Not for not checking, to come back here in the first place. IFYOUGUYSWEREN’T SOFREAKINGCHEAP I WOULDHAVEGRABBEDITMYSELFANDHAD A HALFDECENTCRAPPYMEAL, but NO. YOU’RESOFREAKINGSTINGYYOUHAVETOASK. Worst. Panda. EVER.

This outlet has been good, been using them for about 2 years .I went to get my take out on 4-29-2015 and ordered my usual, orange chicken, black angus beef and the half rice, half noodles . I do not expect gourmet food here, so i’m pretty fair .But, this time the noodles were dry, the chicken tasted old and the beef, which was always tender was tough and chewy(1.oo upcharge for the beef) .All i expect is the standard they normally keep. Also, since putting the condiments behind the counter, i ask and get a whole TWO packets of soy sauce for my 12 dollar tab… cmon soy sauce? we know it costs them nothing bought in bulk . The last comment i have been meaning to say for 2 years is the cashiers are NOT friendly, I say thank you everywhere, but I as the customer have not once had them reply with a «thank you«or youre welcome«or have a nice day.

This is my «go to «place when my husband is away on business. It’s always dependable. Parking is readily available and I had no problem finding a spot near the restaurant. I walked in and there was a small line of people, about four people waiting to order their meals. the line went fast and I finally got to choose what I wanted. First you have to pick either a selection of rices, chow mein or mixed veggies. I chose the mixed veggies as I always do. They included crispy broccoli, carrots and squash. Then off to the main items. I chose string bean chicken, bits of chicken with slightly crisp string beans, Mushroom chicken and grilled Teriyaki chicken. I love them all and usually pick at least two of these three whenever I come. There are sooooo many choices that look good, you can probably come 100s of times and still get a different combination. They were all out of the grilled Teriyaki chicken so they made it on the spot and I ended up with a really fresh chicken dish. this is true of all their foods, if the bin is empty they will make it right away. Not a very long wait. I used a receipt from the last time I came, I completed their survey, got a validation number, and got a free entrée with the 2 entrée plate. Great deal. Always get the receipt! You can either eat in or take out. There are lots of tables and chairs and about 50% of those on line ate in. I took out and they packaged my meal in a compostable package in a plastic bag, I asked for extra soy sauce and hot sauce. Forks or chop sticks are available. Overall I do recommend Panda Express. Its a great place for anyone just wanting good quick chinese food.

The line is always very slow. The staff needs to be trained to deal with a rush of customers. That is how this business works and they have not been prepared. I’ve been here over 10 minutes and it looks like only 4 customers have managed to complete their orders.

I have always been greeted here and the staff do carry a nice personality ! The food is yummy as always I’ve never had an issue with my food quality The reason for the 4 stars is because the online order system can be laggy BUT that can happen anywhere right?(I just love the sauces for my food and it seems that those packets hardly get into my bag.(First world problems) I’m surprised to how dead cheap the prices are for the amount of food that is given… its pretty cool. This is my go to food for when I refuse to cook and need to stay up to study this may not healthy, but it sure beats McDonald’s right ?? I shall get my Nomnoms here again Conclusion: I don’t like how late that online order takes for the store to actually receive and to actually have it prepared on time or even a bit early. As I always say«if you are on time you are late» (First world problems) but hey an honest review is to be honest !:)

I’m not a fan of Panda Express BUT the kiddos were begging for it and since I’m a sucker, I said yes… the wife and I grabbed sushi before picking up food for them anyway. We decided to order online so we wouldn’t have to wait– just run in, grab food and go. We were sooooo wrong. The initial line was practically out the door and the poor lady at the register was assisting the lady at the food area and ringing people up. Our food that was supposed to be ready at 7:30 was ready at 7:50. I don’t understand because it’s not freshly made food– it’s food that’s been sitting there buffet style! Anyway… still not a fan but will continue to go here for the kids. Poor things don’t have a clue what good Chinese food is.

The WORST Panda I’ve ever been to. The service is SLOW, food is VERY limited, and the portions they give is NOT worth the money nor the wait. Just came from there and one of the workers were ONTHEIRCELLWHILECOOKING. WTH? The 3 times before today’s visit they didn’t have the Teriyaki Chicken but I was told it will take 8 minutes so I waited. Well it was a LIE, all 3 times it took MORE than 10 minutes. I would NOT recommend going to this location. It doesn’t deserve a star.

I guess it was late and I was hungry. However, I had to take a huge shit after I ate something that was supposed to be chicken. It was a gut wrenching, crossed eyed, splincter giration, liquid gushing type of bowel movement. It was a mess and I had to use clorox bleach to clean my toilet. I guess on the bright side it was a nice colon cleanser. Not coming back here again unless I’m really constipated!

By far the worst PE I have ever been to. Unfortunately it is the only one near my new house so I am forced to come here. This is the 5th time I have made the mistake of being hungry around dinner time. On each occasion with lines literally out of the door I have watch employees leave their coworkers and take their lunch break. Unbelievable! They are constantly out of entrees and not the crazy eggplant ones that never get ordered. I am talking about orange chicken and Kung pao chicken. How can you possibly on a consistent basis run out of your top selling items? My advice is to keep driving by.

The orange chicken maybe the safest bet here. The food isn’t very flavorful and is pretty greasy. Seems like it just sits there for awhile.

I used to come here relatively often. The place is really hit-or-miss — sometimes there are no lines and all the food is fresh, but I haven’t seen that lately. At least half a dozen times I’ve had to wait until the kitchen steamed another batch of veggies(that are cut into huge chunks that are hard to cut, especially if they were in a hurry to get food out). The last few visits have been really disappointing, with not enough staff, long lines, and most of the items I wanted almost out or empty. I do answer the survey on every receipt to get a free third entrée, which is almost needed now that they don’t really fill your take-out box… which is compostable but not thick enough to become damp when carrying around. I think they can do better there. Sometimes it’s easier to just go to Safeway next door and get their Chinese takeout special, and that’s a pretty sad statement.

I’ve been to a whole lot of Panda Express’ in San Jose. They always serve great amount of portions in a to-go box, hence I always have it to-go. 2010 I decided to turn my life onto a healthier path and stopped making those weekly visits to a Panda Express. A few weeks ago, I suddenly had the urge of some taste Chinese food and w/a lot of entrees. My first thought was the Chinese delivery that I use to order in Belmont. Unfortunately Redwood City is a bit far for them to deliver and the lunch option was unavailable after a certain time and not on the weekends. I sat home and let is soak my mind for another 30 minutes and finally get off my lazy butt and drove to the closest Panda Express. I was skeptical at first due to the reviews they have on Unilocal. All the talk about how their portions they gave was super small, they had to wait for some of the entrees, and the ones that were available was old and hard. However, as a foodie, it can’t possibly be that bad right? The only thing that really concern me was the portion. I decided to give this spot a chance. Lots of parking available. No line upon my arrival. All the entrees were available for picking and apparently they added a lot of new options since the last time I’ve been to a Panda Express. I asked for half and half(Chow mein & fried rice). The portion that they loaded on was disappointingly small(what happen to the portion size so large you can barely close the top of the to-go box?). Then the sweet & sour pork and the new shrimp option. These portions were larger so I wasn’t too upset. The Verdict: I would hesitate to return here. Maybe I’ve been spoiled at all the Panda Express’ in San Jose, but I surely want those portions of my chow mein and fried rice to be ginormous. Disappointing but still delicious.

At this location, when you get the actual Asian guy serving you portions, your portions will be considerably smaller than if you got anyone else. Save the receipt, do the survey, and next time you come in with the code from the survey you get a 3rd entrée free.
