Es uno de mis lugares más frecuentados, los precios están muy bien y el ambiente es muy bueno, la comida esta rica y su personal es amable, no le doy 5 estrellas porque su menú no es muy variado pero por lo demás me gusta mucho

Wow a camera in the bathroom i will never return especially with my family. I brought my family for lunch n dinner. My kids used the restroom. It is u acceptable how the manager handled the situation. The food was ok. Im paying more for the ambiance. Drinks over priced. Managers are rude. Edith was the kitchen manger who was no help. Floor manager was worse. Thanks but wont think ill be coming back. Things need to change.

This place is huge. They have a big outside area and also many different sections inside. We came here on a Saturday night and it was packed. We got a table in the very last section. It wasn’t very romantic but we were hungry and on a tight time schedule(movie started at 9pm) so we were happy that we were seated right away. Service was friendly and the food came very quickly for how busy it was. My two chicken tacos were really good and good sized(I split the filling over the two tortillas so I basically had 4 tacos). I would definitely prefer to come here again and sit outside since the inside isn’t that pretty but I have to say that food was surprisingly good for how big/busy it was.

Some classmates and I had dinner here before school started and had a good time. I ordered the chicken mole lettuce wraps and they were good, i liked that it was on butter lettuce. The only complaint I would have is the price. A pitcher of magarita was $ 50! Our group ordered 2 pitchers and didn’t think much of it til the bill came out. Not to knock on the taste or anything, while it was tasty, it still just tasted like a regular magarita. I think it just took all of us by surprise how much the pitcher was. That was easily $ 100 on the bill. Each pitcher filled up(with ice) about 5 small glass cups. I would probably come back for the food… but definitely something else to drink.

Love the food here. The refried beans are mouth watering. Shrimp tacos and salmon tacos are amazing. That’s what keeps me coming back. Would love to give 5 stars but minus one for weak drinks and over priced Mexican food. Its not San Francisco, its redwood city so I do find it a little ridiculous to pay $ 7 for a taco.

Great modern mexican restaurant in old downtown. I came in for dinner with my gal. Drinks were amazing. I enjoyed a margarita while Kat had a Pina Colada. Chips and salsa were tasty and had our palettes ready to chow down. I had the enchiladas suizas, and Kat got some tacos. Her chicken was a little bland and the staff were cool enough to take it off her bill. Fried plantains were tasty also, a must order appetizer! We’ll see ya soon Milagros!

As a recent bay area transplant from San Diego, I was pretty forlorn at the idea of missing out on good Mexican food. I wandered in here on the advice of a friend and was thrilled to have a completely legit meal. Their seafood enchiladas were amazing, the rice and black beans were very good, and I implore you all to save room for that killer churro dessert. My server was attentive without hovering, and had great suggestions about the menu. I can’t wait to go back. I even found parking right in front, bonus!

Came to Milagros on a Friday night while in town visiting some friends. The place was pretty crowded and we didn’t feel like waiting for a table — we were lucky enough to find a spot in the bar area which is open seating. We started with a round of drinks and an order of the traditional guacamole and salsa. The guacamole was fresh and tasty — and the trio of salsas complemented the guacamole well. For dinner, I ordered the chicken quesadilla and chicken tortilla soup, and my boyfriend ordered the ahi tuna tostadas. My chicken quesadilla was delicious — even though it was listed as a small plate, it was big enough for a meal. The tortilla soup was very tasty as well, with lots of chicken and cheese added to the broth and tortilla strips. I took a bite of my boyfriend’s ahi tuna tostadas and those were delicious as well. I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in town — perhaps making a reservation first.

I was pleasantly surprised with the food at Milagro’s. Had dined there years ago and wasn’t impressed, but have always enjoyed their bar. Great place for happy hour and apps, but never wanted to have a full meal there. I have changed my mind, though. Food: Bucket o’ chips with 3 salsas were good — house made chips are always a nice touch. Mango-habanero salsa was my favorite followed by tomatillo-jalapeño salsa. For my lunch I had a bowl of posole and a carnitas taco. Posole comes with spicy tomato broth you pour yourself into a bowl full of pork, hominy, cabbage, and radish. Nice flavors and a good portion of meat, so it will fill you up. The carnitas taco was full of pulled-pork-style tender meat with chipotle and bbq sauces. Once again a nice portion, and tasty too. I was dining with the kids, who chose chicken tenders, chicken burrito with beans and cheese, and a chicken taco. Chicken tenders looked surprisingly home-made and came with a generous side of fruit. Burritos were good and the chicken was pretty tasty, too. My youngest ordered the chicken taco and loved it. Shredded chicken piled high with no toppings, just as a kid would like it Sides of red rice and pinto beans also met with rave reviews from the kids. Service: Super-nice server, especially after we(and by «we» I mean the kids, of course) spilled water all over the table. Food came out quickly, and children were asked directly what they wanted to order, rather than me having to do all the work. I like that. Vibe: Downtown-RWC-cool. Not fussy or overdone with decorations, yet enough stuff in there to keep kids busy, even without the TVs by the bar. A variety of dining spaces also makes it a cool place to check out. And of course everyone knows about the outdoor seating by now… Family-friendly: Definitely. I’d bring the kids back here anytime. Summary: Glad I gave Milagro’s another chance. I have always liked their bar, and now I will definitely come back for a light meal, probably composed mostly of tacos a la carte. Kids dig it, so that is a bonus. If you haven’t been in a while, I say give it another shot.

A really cool Mexican place in Redwood City, a little bit removed from the main area but still walking distance. They serve very traditional Cali-mex dishes, including quesadillas, fajitas, and a variety of seafood plates. The winner of the night is a guacamole served with warm chips and three salsas. I also tried the chopped salad, which was good, but I regretted getting a steak on it and chicken fajitas. Both steak and fajitas were spicy for our taste(and it didn’t say anywhere it was going to be). However, sour cream helped. They also have a variety of wines, beers, and cocktails. Another attractive feature is «lots of screens» in the bar area! Great place to hang out or watch a game. We didn’t save any room for dessert(partially because our mouths were burning from the spiciness of our dishes), but there is FRIEDICE-CREAM on the menu…

They charge $ 3 for an 8oz soda. * Let’s keep that in mind while I discuss why, while I was waiting for my food and keeping my 1-year-old daughter entertained, that’s an issue. Firstly it’s an issue because of the price/value ratio — yes, I absolutely should have looked at the menu before ordering it, and my excuse(that I’ve never heard of being charged $ 3 for an 8oz bottle of soda) doesn’t explain away my lack of diligence. However, you’re charging me 3x the price for 1⁄3 the quantity of what I could get at McDonald’s. Of course, Milagros needs to pay rent in downtown Redwood City, so their prices need to reflect the cost of doing business. That’s fine. That’s business. But secondly, as I read everything on the table to my daughter(twice, because she’s one and obviously a genius**), I read her a note from the restaurant ownership group*** indicating that the restaurant is charging each guest $.50 per visit in order to handle health care costs related to new health care laws. Now, I don’t give a rat’s patootie about their thoughts on politics; nor, do I imagine, they care about mine. I don’t care if they hate every member of government from the school board of Redwood City up to the President of the United States. But you’re charging me $ 3 for an 8oz Diet Coke AND you’re telling me that, because you don’t want to «artificially inflate the cost of menu items» that I will pay an extra $.50 per person to subsidize something you can’t find out of charging $ 3 for an 8oz Diet Coke? That’s preposterous. I’d be remiss in saying that we also sat next to the patio(we sat inside, but the table they put us at was right next to door to the patio) so we were blasted by cold air every time a server walked in and out, which was frequently in the 30 minutes we were there. I got the salad and it was perfectly good; the carne asada was fairly tasty. My wife got the fajitas and they were generic — no real spice on the meat or on the vegetables. We also ordered an appetizer of guacamole which was basically just creamy avocado; the chips provided were greasy and thin, as opposed to the thick, crunchy chips you’d expect. This meant that by the time we were halfway done with the guac, most of the chips had disintegrated into small chards that couldn’t pick up anything but more grease. This might be a good spot for drinks, we were here at lunch and, as you might have noticed, stuck with non-alcoholic drinks. But I’d suggest against this place in the future. * — with no refills, mind you. ** — gets bored quickly. *** — Avenir Restaurant Group, which owns _ten_restaurants.

A Mexican restaurant with California flare, Milagro’s is a regular stop whenever I want a margarita or a cold Modelo beer, which they serve on tap. Once here it’s hard to pass on their warm tortilla chips served with 3-types of salsa. Guacamole, jalapeño poppers, chicken mole lettuce cups, and the chile verde stew are consistent favorites. The day of the dead themed décor, large bar area, generous outside dining space and fun menu always impress my visiting friends.

We made reservations for Milagros for lunch time on a Monday. We were greeted with two bowls of chips and salsa. Very delicious salsa, three different kinds: a sweet salsa, non-spicy salsa, and spicy salsa. I ordered Yucca fries for starters. The sauce that came with it was fantastic with a kick of spiciness and the Yucca fries were crispy and delicious. For the main dish, I ordered two tacos, salmon taco and chicken asado taco along with a mahi mahi salad. The price of the tacos may seen a bit much, but they did load it with meat and cabbage with special sauce. The salmon taco was fantastic!!! Two big pieces of salmon. The mahi mahi salad did not disappoint! Excellent, flavorful with the same sauce that came with the Yucca fries. I ordered extra sauce because I loved it so much!!! The mahi mahi fish was perfectly cooked and the toastada at the bottom added crunchiness to the meal. My co-workers were wondering why cheese was not heavily present in the tacos and there meals, but I had to explain to them that these are not your average burritos and nacho dishes. Mexican food is so much more! Outside seating is very nice as well. A little pricey, but the quality is better than other Mexican places. So if your special lady friend wants some fancy Mexican food, this is the place to take her! Overall: Excellent food, Good price, Great service

Years ago I attended a party at Milagros where they served appetizers and drinks. Everything was great. I returned a few months later for dinner and the food was good… but just not good enough to convince me to come back again. Fast forward a few years and I decided to give Milagros another try. I’m really glad I did. Everyone in our group was really happy with the food and service. The large bowl of guacamole and side of 3 salsas were outstanding. The kale salad with pumpkin seeds and cotilla cheese was probably the best kale salad I’ve ever had. The plantains were nicely done… larger than I’ve ever had with a nice chewy consistency(not hard, dry, or overly crunchy like plantains often are). For entrees there is a nice assortment of dishes. What caught my eye was the variety of small plates and individual tacos that make it easy to eat as much or as little as one wants. Unfortunately for me, my eyes were bigger than my stomach. On top of all the great appetizers, I had 3 different tacos. The chipotle chicken taco and mushroom cheese taco were great. The grilled chicken taco was dry and not very tasty. Others in our party loved the mole enchiladas and roasted chicken with mole sauce served with slaw and fried yucca(the best yucca I’ve had). We split a mohito and it was packed with a punch. For dessert we had the chimichangas and could have done without them. Great service and great ambience added to a great experience

My favorite Mexican dish is Mushroom Quesadilla! If I see it on the menu at a Mexican restaurant then that is what I just have to go for. So naturally when I saw that they served it I went ahead and ordered it. The quesadilla was good however it wasn’t amazing. I definitely had way better mushroom quesadilla before. The filling was only moderate and portion was also quite small for the price. Although I think it was an appetizer it could have been filled more with mushrooms. The sauce was good and added more flavor. Although the portions are a bit small, they do fill you up. However for how much you’re paying for, you can find better Mexican restaurants that taste better for double the portion.

Really beautiful place, with a more modern take on a Latin menu. Décor inside and out is gorgeous. Came here for dinner with my fella. Chips and salsa trio were great. Each of the salsas are unique, and none are too spicy. Moe than just the medium, mild, and hot you get from other places. Drinks were amazing. I had a piña colada and it was perfect. Mister had a margarita, and it was amazing! Fried plantains were on point. Crispy with a little sweetness from the plantains and a creamy kick from the chipotle crema. For dinner, I ordered a couple of tacos– coconut shrimp and chicken. Chicken was really bland, and I asked for it to be sent back. They kindly removed it from the bill. Coconut shrimp taco was amazing!!! I highly recommend it! Mister got the enchiladas suizas. He loved them! Would love to go back when I am craving Mexican, but want something then my usual cheese enchiladas lol.

Good place for lunch or dinner with delicious dishes and drinks. Staff is very friendly and the service is spot on. I’ve had the shrimp and chicken quesadillas and each time was delicious and very tasteful. I’ve made it a point to try every flavor of their margaritas and each one was enjoyable and flavorful. Guacamole and chips is something you’ll want to order here… but get it spicy! No matter where you sit in the restaurant the service will be there and keep you feeling they care about serving you. I can go on and on about this place but give it a try yourself and enjoy.

Came here for drinks after work. Ordered a round of drinks and I got the raspberry mojito for myself. I personally like sweet and fruity drinks so it was really good for me. I liked it! The waiter was a little sneaky. He made it seem like chips and salsa and guacamole were complimentary(I admit guacamole usually isn’t but for sure chips and salsa) but… they werent. So that was a little upsetting but I gotta say the guacamole was on point. The salsa left something to be desired. So I recommend the quacamole! Late I ordered a Chipotle chicken taco without cheese and sour crème. It was okay, nothing to rave about. For the price, I probably wouldn’t get it again. Also ordered the spicy ahi poke in the apetizers. I had high expectations but they kinda fell flat! The flavoring could definitely have used more spicy and the dish as a whole was bland. The coworker order the ahi tostadas and had the same deal. I don’t really recommend this one either. To finish off the night, I had some mai tai and sangria. Mai tai was strong but had good flavor. Sangria also pretty standard sangria. Not super impressed with this joint but I’ll give them another chance some time in the future.
