I recently had a very unfortunately event happen to me and I desperately start looking for an Attorney that can solve my problem, and I found it.
It took me awhile and many disappointed meetings with other Attorneys that I couldn’t trust and or Afford lead me to Robert Cummings.
I finally had a short consultation with him at his office in Redwood City and he was very nice and pleasant knowledgeable Attorney, he explain his fees and help me sort the obstacles.
My case was dismiss completely from the D. A office, due to his amazing job in making this happen. He was fast and reliable
I will always recommend him in any unfortunately Criminal Matter, is hard to find some one like him.

I am happy to see that Attorney Cummings has more Unilocal reviews! I did my research to find a competent and fair attorney and decided that Robert had the qualities I felt were important (analytical, creative, interpersonal, logical, perseverance, etc.) He provided excellent legal counsel for a matter that I decided that would best be handled privately instead of pursuing criminally against a person from my past. I immediately liked how he processed the details of the case and discussed the possible courses of action. He is a strategic thinker and more importantly, I could tell that he really enjoys his work. I immediately had good rapport when talking to him and it wasn’t just because we are both from the east coast. I knew after a few minutes of speaking with him that I lucked out to find him. Although he didn’t handle a criminal defense matter for me, Attorney Cummings has the qualities of a great lawyer that are hard to find.
Plus, how cool is it that he has a local sandwich named after him?

I agree with most of the reviews below but I cant say that Ive ever heard of the «public pretenders office»… LOL!

Were to start Robert has been the most understanding, sweetest, hardworking, reliable, attentive, helpful, patient, available, flexible, attirney I hve ever met ir even heard of! He has been my lawyer for 3 years now and he has saved me a while lot of money, time, stress, insanity, hes almost like a true friend but attorney. Robert is a very busy attorney and I see why. He genuinely goes after the best results. I was impressed at his down to earth personality. He also has this disarming way about him in court, and that’s a great talent. I could have been sitting in a horrible position and at the mercy of the public pretenders office. so those who have fta’s and cant get into traffic court to clear them,…then you are on the same downward spiral I was, do yourself a favor. He is well worth every penny. The only thing I was upset about is that I didn’t find him a lot sooner.

Mr. Cummings has gone all out to keep me and my family together. He traveled hundreds of miles to federal prison and arranged for my release. Nobody else was released that day, but he managed to get me out of federal prison. He showed up, was a great support to my wife and managed to get me released. He has managed to keep me from being removed from the United States and has handled several other cases with a high degree of professionalism. In another case prosecutors were demanding a hefty amount of jail time, but Mr. Cummings knew their boss, worked the judge and got my case dismissed. No jail! He rocks! He is my lawyer for life.
