Chris was very helpful and thank for his service. I wish I could get back the possession of my house sooner but unfortunetly the evil tenants has an asshole attorney that representing them. Tenants left a lot of garbage in my house I had to spend $ 2,700 to dump all the garbage and remove the damaged hardwood floor by the tenant stupid dog and the tenants ruined my tile floor.

I have a convoluted situation with my landlord after they failed to sign on paper what they verbally agreed to when recently extending /​modifying a lease.
