I had my car smogged at Estrella a couple of years ago and i thought their service was fine.
I had to have some work done on the vehicle and the technician told me exactly what needed to be done and where i could have the work performed. For me, that was essential help. And he was very friendly and accommodating.
Now, it is true that the parking is very tricky, but all of the shops on that part of Middlefield have difficult parking. So Estrella is as good as its neighbors.

This place sucks! The guy is slow. Be prepared for 40+ min smog… never again! There’s no place to park. Bad communication issues. The guy is super anal! Any little thing and you’ll end up paying $ 50 for fail smog… then come back and wait for redo for another $ 30. Better off finding another place.
