this Dennys is the worst to go to i had went there last night 6÷10÷16 and the service was horrible we ordered at 4:15 am didn’t get food until 5:00 am they charged us 80 fucking dollars for 3 people for an american slam a salad and a burger and a sriracha burger my mans american slam was dry the sausage wa s still pink inside we all 3 were drunk and hungry oh and i had ordered a platter they messed up on that the waiter only had 2 tables the dumb bitch at the front had ugly tattoos on her face and giving me attitude and telling me we already ate food so had to buy it anyway miss me with that dumb shit worst customer service ever dont go there inless your latino…

DAAAAAAAAYUUUM DENNY UR TILAPIA BE OFF YHE HOOK! Yo if you cumin to this denny’s u have gotta try the tilapia ranchera. that shit had just the right amount of zest and the rice pilaf was exquisitely crispy like u neva seen!

My experiences ordering for take out was good. I order onion rings, country gravy breakfast/​dinner steak and I got it within 10 minutes. Tasted decent when I got home. Also don’t order the Cesar salad it’s not very good.

Nothing wrong with this place.
Yes same old dated and worn interior. But the staf and service was good.

No stars, I got food poisoning from eating there. Ordered a club sand which. 7 hours later I spent the next 6 hours vomiting off and on. Don’t eat here EVER!!!

Although My Honey and I come here largely because it is one of the few places open late, last night seemed even more worse than usual. Besides the environment being noisy, and the food being so so, and the location not being in the best part of town… Last night we were placed at the only table available which was in the center of the room largely due to more than half of the booths being dirty and full of dishes on them. There seemed to be a lot of staff but only like one, which was our waitress, was actually working. However we didn’t get flatware until we asked for it and the food appeared like it had just been sloped on the plates and didn’t look very appetizing. In addition, there was a really cold draft over us which made our food and my hot tea cold. And… to top it off there were holes in the ceiling!

I have no idea why this location has a low rating, wonderful service they cater to all the needs professionally and politely, Alma the lady who served us was nothing short of amaaaazing! So was the the gentlemen at the cashier. Way better and cleaner than IHOP… Who basically dont care.

If I can give 0 starts I would.
First off they sat us down and it took the waitress about 20 min to even offer water.
Once we ordered our food 25 I had to remind her we were atill waiting on it.
We got our food and the omelette I order was wrong. I let the waitress know and she said its fine they just put a little extra.
We had no utensils, and when she gave them to us she did not come infront of the table she gave them to us thru the counter close to the kitchen.
Last but no least she was extra rude. Her name is Giselle.
Management need to let them know that customer service is first!!!

Not your traditional Denny’s…keep driving and stop somewhere else… Very greasy food I think every thing is cooked in the deep fryer

The service was poor, tables were dirty, bathrooms need to be cleaned. Hostess came to seat us with a mouth full of food !! Had to ask for a coffee refill … will not come back to eat here.

I have given this place many opportunities, but it is just a chappy place. I came in today to have lunch with my girlfriend, it wasn’t to busy and we waited 30 minutes to be greeted and when we were greeted the waitress was rude very unatentive. Food was mediocre I asked for a glass of water and was served a child size cup.

So we came in for a hamburger, how bad can it be… well start off so dry I could hardly eat it. Didn’t want to complain, it is Denny’s but now after choking down the burger, we have been waiting for 20 minutes for check or maybe just someone to check on us, you know like a waiter usually does when you eat out. Our waitress name is Erica!
Guess even that was expecting to much from Denny’s. It had been years since I have been inside a Denny’s. Hope I never forget how horrible this was, cause I never want to have low expectation being to much to ask.

Worse customer service I ever Had, first of all employees very disrespectful. Second stead of seeing if the customer need anything there just on the back or by the cash register chatting away, so if you come by this place your better of going somewhere else, management is horrible.

Blah. Went in tonight with my wife. I ordered a skillet without mushrooms. The place was pretty dead at 1am, with only ourselves and one other customer there.
While waiting for the food, we notice that every table was dirty. They had 3 people who appeared to be waitstaff hanging out by the cash register playing with the jukebox and laughing. They made no attempt to clean the dirty tables.
The food comes out, and the skillet had mushrooms. I really dislike mushrooms. I point out to the server, who says «oops» and takes the plate back.
After another wait, another skillet comes out, and again had mushrooms. It was not the same skillet as we saw the waitstaff eat the first one.
It’s comically bad to get the same order wrong the same way twice in a row. Add that to the staff not caring at all about the cleanliness of the place and we won’t return.

Long review:
2 trips made here, the first one was ok-​ish, they could have cleaned my glass a bit more indepth.
The 2^nd is the game ender, they seem to think they know their prices. little did they know I kept my receipt from the first trip.
They actually fought me on this! I bring them critical evidence of proper pricing an they wanted to deny it. Even at the manager level!
If it’s in your system, aka the register, you have to honor the price! Not mark up a $ 5 item to $ 10.
Avoid this place, they want to charge more than they should. I didn’t even order a drink. Seriously.

It’s ok. I had the Cobb salad with prime rib, it was average but I didn’t like the meat. I had the banana and nut pancakes but they tasted very cheap. The cappuccino is horrendously sweet and the coffee is gross. Their smoothies are also lacking. The best part was the fresh fruit. They have strawberries and pineapple with grapes. It’s the only meal I really enjoyed. I’d recommend that and some poached eggs with toast and a glad of water. The waitress was nice and checked back removed plates and asked about our meal. It’s good for when everything else is closed.

For a Denny’s late night, it was a pretty pleasant experience. The lady that seated us was nice and attentive. We got our drinks quick. Some Denny’s take 30 min after you order to bring out your food especially after 10 pm. Im pretty sure our food was out in 10 min!
The guy working was also very friendly came over and made sure we got our drink orders in. And it’s open ²⁴⁄₇.
No complaints here.

My opinion is that Denny’s has become something worth it’s time spent. Meaning that since they are in many cases a ²⁴⁄₇ establishment that Americans who are often on the go, or have little time outside of work will find Denny’s valuable in that sense.
I wouldn’t consider them fast food but a few steps above it. Personally I’ve had many good times here such as with Applebee’s to step in and grab a satisfying bite. and further a good family place to eat. The staff are great and thankfully bi-​lingual.
I’ve come in on Sundays and been surprised at how efficient they are during their peak business hours. My friends and i are certain to return for more enjoyable moments and appetites.

I liked the what pancakes. They are very filling. The eggs are great, great customer service. They also have a jukebox here.
Maybe that’s what makes it a lil romantic here.
I noticed a lot of passion in the air because there were a couple couples making out in the booths.
They also have a claw grabber machine here.

Got the «invisible man» treatment. The hostess was cold and rude. After a long wait was assigned a seat and promptly forgotten about. I gave up after a while and walked out.
I get the impression they take care of the regulars and ignore everyone else.
Don’t waste your time with these rude people. IHOP is just down the street.
