Brewster Island was the hangout for the cool kids back in the early 90s. There was a liquor store across the street till the mid nineties. There is a good art gallery next to the island on the corner of Arch And Broadway.

cute little triangular park that sits just off the main strip of downtown rwc. i wonder if it was meant to be a garden b/c it’s quite small to be considered a park. but the grass is lush and green, and there is a stone bench at one corner of the park, so plenty of space to sit and relax. it can be a bit noisy in the middle of the day due to its proximity to el camino real. parking is limited to street parking along brewster, arch, and broadway, the three streets that bound this patch of greenery.
