Location was filthy, clerks behind the counter chatting with each other or on their phones. Ordered 2 sundaes, paid for both, yet there wasn’t any hot fudge on them.
Horrible customer service.

Just wanted to add a shout out to the lovely ladies working the night of September 29, 2015. Their excellent customer service really spoke volumes.
Sure this could be «just another chain store» of Baskin-​Robbins but their cheer and kindness really brought back the cherished memories I had of coming to Baskin-​Robbins as a kid and getting my favorite ice cream cone. They were engaging and their smiles were quite literally the cherry on top. Delicious.

Best customer service I’ve had at a baskin Robbins ever.
They always have some great deals here.
I love the location.
There’s parking out front and even on the sides.
YOu can even get yourself a sandwich here too.
There’s plenty of bike parking too.

I just bought a small banana milkshake. I paid for 2 bananas added to a vanilla shake. What I got for just under 7 bucks was banana milk. It was watery with no vanilla taste. If you a good milkshake don’t come here. Worse I’ve ever had. Dumped it. Go to the baskin ob Roosevelt in redwood city instead. These guys need to go there for some training.

Just like Nancy review below mine this is what I endured when I bought just under 10 dollars worth of ice cream here. I got a double scoop on a cone and then asked the guy (in his possible late 50’s with grey hair) to put that in a cup. He got mad at me and said” i’m going to have to charge you extra for the cup” I said no problem, thank you.
So I asked him for a 2nd double scoop for a hot fudge sundae this time and he gave a shitty 2nd scoop and minimal topping” I should’ve told him I didn’t want the 2nd order, but I just took it and when I got home I discovered he screwed me“
I will never go to this place again for ice cream and neither should you.

This is the best Baskin Robbins around. The owner is recently new so don’t pay attention to any of the old bad reviews. When you come here you will see that the new owner is very friendly and her energy is great. Its nice to know that some people take pride in their business nowadays. The staff is fast and efficient and they know what customer service is.

There’s actually plenty of space for everyone here. It’s kind of roomy for me (in my opinion)…
And since this is the nearest ice cream shop in our place (it’s just 30 steps away from our apartment), I sometimes go here whenever I’m finished working out in the gym or whenever I’m just plain bored.
They have many selections of ice cream flavors as like other Baskin Robbins branches have…
The place is always clean and well organized so I’m giving it 4 stars :)

OMG, love this place! Just went recently, on a Tuesday night dollar deal ($ 1 for a kids scoop, $ 1.50 for a regular scoop). We went in, and we were first serviced by a young man named Mauricio. He was really friendly and nice, and gladly took our order, even when there were at least 20 people in the shop. He even allowed to pay for a scoop, and let us pick it up right before we left. The ice cream was well portioned, even the kid scoops! After eating our ice cream in the well-​maintained shop, we decided to order some food from the Togo’s shop. We then got helped by Carla, an extremely polite and nice young woman. She made our sandwich generously, and neatly, a problem I’ve always had at sandwich shops. We paid for our combo, and left, happy, and filled with ice cream :) If you’re near by at any time, go ahead and go inside :) The employees change every couple of months, so be sure to get serviced by the wonderfully polite employees at soon as possible!

The young man helping behind the counter was great, the lady, not so much.
I often find these chain hybrids weird, this one was no exception.
I came in looking for Icing on the Cake, can you tell I have been fiending for it since the first time I tried it?
Much to my dismay, they did not carry it.
The young man was nice enough to let me know that he was pretty sure it was a seasonal flavor.
WHY!!!
Ugh.
At least I have something to look forward to come next summer.

Hmm, these combo eating establishments must be all the rage now. This is the second Baskin Robbins/Togo’s I’ve run into. It’s weird to smell pastrami when you’re looking for ice cream. I was feeling the need for caffeine and sugar at the same time for some reason so we stepped in here post lunch.
I was reminded of my old college roommate who had a very low tolerance for caffeine. We go on these excursions for cappucchino blasts because it was hotter than heck in the summer. After a few hours he would become this grumpy ass bastard, all pissed off and stuff. After several of these excursions we finally correlated that it was him coming off the caffeine high that turned him all Jekyll and Hyde. Needless to say he stopped drinking these things.
So anyways I had to pick up a cappuchino blast for old times sake and get my fix.
