It’s tough to turn the old mind’s eye to the benefits of Anthony’s work without finding yourself spoilt for choice: people at yoga tell me I’ve got taller, more flexible, and springy. So that, obliged by such a happy occasion to give credit where credit is due, those healthy gains must redound to the quality of Anthony’s work and no less to his willingness to lend an easygoing ear to my goals while applying his anatomical eye and therapeutic sixth-​sense to tracking down the etiology of my chronic muscular-​tightness along my neck, down my traps, and to the sides of my torso. For reasons beyond yoga, I feel much obliged to his remarkable work ethic, patience, and effectiveness in waging battle in that craggy battlefield against the fiercest knots. My limbs move again with childish limberness and I’ve rid myself of a stoop that had sneaked in over the years — his hands are a fountain of youth whose magic more than pays for itself!
