Wow! I used Wine Warehouse forever(aka decades). Chris Kressman came and introduced himself and we switched to Moore. This guy is great! Not only does he find us local wines within our budget, he even volunteered to come and train staff on pouring technique and a bit of wine appreciation. When we have been in a pinch, he has gotten us wine delivered within hours! Are you kidding?!? This is the kind of service I have enjoyed with Alexia Moore, so long as Chris manages our account, I will remain a customer.
