A and A Landscape Inc

I had a relatively small job but I wanted it done correctly. I had a design in mind but I got suggestions on how to improve it, and I agreed. The result was much better than I anticipated and the work was done on time and in budget. A&A was the most expensive of the 3 quotes I got but I’m sure glad I went with them. When I have more landscape projects to do, this will be my «go to» contractor.

A & A Landscape was all we could ask for in a landscape contractor! Angel gave us a realistic estimate for demolition of a tired front lawn, dead birch trees, overgrown shrubs and juniper. We had to postpone the work in order to kill bermuda grass through the summer, but when we contacted Angel in the fall he still honored his earlier price. He followed the design provided by Jessy Berg at Habitat Design (a reasonable way to get plans for landscape). I appreciated his opinions about what he would do to improve on the brick planter design, for not too much more money. Other contractors had bid much higher on the brick work, and Angel added heft and height to the low planters, brought in matching brick, and did it all for a very good price. The brick planters came out beautifully, and they were built right– with concrete footings and a cap of salvaged brick from our old borders.
They also worked on a new drainage plan, put in an underground drain bed, and added stone paths and lighting. The parking strip was scraped of old stone and dirt and revived with pea gravel.
All crews came to the site on time and worked long days. The guys were polite, really hardworking, and eager to make things right. They cleaned up and swept both front walk and driveway every night before leaving. At planting time, Rosie, Angel’s daughter, spent an entire day with my husband and I at nurseries to select the plants (because we wanted to take part) and was so patient with our indecisiveness. She was knowledgeable about plants and fluent in Spanish, which really helps when trying to locate items at wholesale nurseries.
In the end, our yard has a great low water landscape that utilizes drip for small plants, low spray irrigation for ground covers, and a deep watering system to help the trees get deep roots. We loved working with A & A and will call again for future work. It costs a lot to put in a landscape that will last, so his pricing is not for the realtors who want to throw in plants for the Open House, but that said, his price was really fair for the quality and attention they provide.

A&A Landscape did a wonderful job on the landscaping of a home I bought recently. When I received the keys for the house the outside hadn’t been taken care of in years. Angel promptly came through with an estimate and suggestions for some landscape ideas. We agreed on a plan and I had A&A Landscape do the work. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I will keep Angel and his crew in mind for any future projects that I may have.

There are many landscape companies out there that can do a good landscaping job… but there are not that many who do everything possible to make sure they finish on time and that their clients are happy with the results. …A&A Landscape is one of the few who does both.
