Update: After the debacle with Navarro roofing contractors, I must give praise to the improvement in service ever since. We have a new Apartment Manager now and things have been changing dramatically. Complex is getting a much needed make over and slowly but surely changes for the better are occurring. Both Property Management & Apt. Manager are on top of things. Also, they both took over what past property management companies (Riviera Property Management & the non responsiveness from Grace being the last «worst» one), a huge task and basically fixing what the others wouldn’t — all they did was take your money and ignore phone calls.
I’d give it 4 to 5 stars if we got reimbursed (or taken out of rent) for expenses we incurred because of Navarro’s negligence on removing our satellite dish and interrupting service for an entire month.
