The absolute worst customer service. This place sucks. Don’t go here. As soon as this guy heard I was asking for a truck the same day he hung up the phone. I called back bc I had additional questions, he spoke broken English & yelled through the phone to go online and make an appointment & acted like I was bothering him.

Rented a uhaul here. Had to move out due to an emergency and took us 2 weeks to find a new place. They were so accommodating when I had to keep extending our rental. So understanding and friendly! Made our move less stressful! Great location and highly recommend!

Promised me a truck when I went there 2 days prior. When dropped off to pick it up, no truck. They changed locations for pick-​up location without any notification causing me a mike and a half walk home. No responsibility taken by this location

Santa Monica, CA
Stopped by on a Sunday to pick up a truck for a short move and the process was fast and painless. This inside of the location is very clean, customer service was great, and the truck that I rented was fairly never and clean!
U-​Haul charges a standard daily rate for the truck and for mileage. If you are not going too far, this is an inexpensive way to move.
