Sweet Factory

Great tasting candy! My hubby got the gummy bears because my kids are gummy candy fanatics! I was shopping at Kohls and stopped by the Sweet Factory to meet up with him. I wouldn’t think he would be at a candy store. I figured he’d be at the food court section because he loves to eat lol. If I knew this, I would’ve told him ahead of time that they charge by the pound. I can’t believe he didn’t ask or see the sign for the price per lb for the candies. I told him, hello! It’s not the same as CVS where the packaged candies have a set price SMH I must’ve went into GI Jane mode on him — upset that he should’ve asked before buying. Oh my goodness I just couldn’t with him lol it was a bad experience for us on that day because I was frustrated when he didn’t ask for the price — that money extra could’ve bought me more pillows for my room lol oh well all in all, we enjoyed the pricey gummy bears! Yum!

I came in here to get 13 bags of candy as party favors for a baby shower. As soon as I walked in, one of the sales people offered to help me assemble them. Thanks to all of her help, I was able to get them filled really quickly and easily. I thought the customer service was great! It was a little expensive but the candies were very fresh (unlike the kind I usually have from the theaters or grocery stores)

Ok I actually frequent here a lot. Spend a good amount of money here… regular customer. I came in one sat early last week to buy giant ty owls. One for a shower and one for my grandaughter whom I have bought at least 30 of these Ty toys for her. There was no price so the employee called the owner, mind you last time I was here she did give me a price but decided to mark it up to 49.99 rediculous! I needed them so I did not argue. The employee who was very nice wrapped them in clear cellophane, I went to another store then came back to pick them up .The owner told him to charge me 4 dollars more for the wrap WHAT? Is she nuts really?100.00 dollar sale! In a candy store! I will never go back again!

The employees are so helpful and sweet. I went to the store and found exactly what I needed. There was one that I wasn’t able to find, but the employee went out of their way to order the candy for me! I would definitely recommend this candy store

I love it here because I am a diabetic and this is the only candy store around that actually offers out a great variety of diabetic friendly treats! The selections are pretty darn good for me. A bit pricey though. My daughter goes nuts here as well. Last week I was there with my mom and my daughter. While picking out some sugar free goodies, a mother and little girl came to the area I was in. The little girl was throwing tantrums and the mother was talking on her phone. The little girl opened one of the cases and took a candy out, put the candy in her mouth, when the mother noticed the girl had done that she did tell the girl «no». Well ofcourse the little girl took the candy out of her mouth and put it back in the case… yuck!!! the mom saw her do it and didn’t tell the sales girl. I immediately told the sales girl and right away she took the whole case out to be cleaned and restocked with non slobbered on candy. good job sales girl!!!

Daughter is learning to count money, so I was hoping that they would have some penny candy that we could add up and work on our math skills. Nope, bag whatever you want for xx a pound. Didn’t buy anything, and she was none too happy about that.

The People who own this place (KOREAN) They are doing illegal things with there Employees. they are not paying for people who are being trained. so they are having people work for them for a couple of days. then they don’t pay them. in CALIFORNIA you have to pay for people for training. even all the employees know it’s illegal but there all affraid to say something. I THINK ALL OF THESE PEOPLE SHOULD SUE THE SWEET FACTORY!!! SO FAR IT’S ONLY THIS STORE THAT WE KNOW OF

We came here to grab some candy before watching Bridesmaids at the AMC. They have a good selection of candy, like other Sweet Factories, but what stands out in my mind, is the lady behind the counter. She was so funny!
We mentioned to her that we were grabbing some candy before the movie and she was quick to warn us to «Put the candy in your purse, otherwise, if they see it, they’ll take it from you!» We couldn’t stop laughing. She totally reminded me of some of my friend’s moms. She was sweet and I would definitely come back here just for a smile.
I love the sour tape candies, and my BF stocked up on chocolate covered gummy bears. Stay clear of the mango chili gum — it’s gross.
