First let me say that I am not an easy patient. I don’t like meds and I question everything. Some doctors do not like when their patients ask too much. I have seen doctors in the past that I have dropped like a «hot potato» because they had a bad attitude (meaning: they rushed me through an exam and did not answer my queries)…
I have been seeing Dr Genova as my main physician for many years now. I have been truly blessed with a doctor who is kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor.
Not only does he take the time to listen and answer my questions with thoughtful responses, but he has always returned my calls even after hours (which has been much appreciated).
He is a gem of a doctor and I feel so grateful to have him as my physician.
BTW, his staff is fabulous!
