Law Offices of Cynthia Pollack

Wow, what a disappointment. Researching special needs trust specialists, I was given Cynthia’s name to consider. I found her website very interesting and was encouraged to meet with her. Unfortunately simply trying to get an appointment proved difficult. The person who took my initial call seemed disinterested and lacked any knowledge in what I was asking regarding the firm. I actually wondered if it was an outsourced person from a foreign country who simply answered their phones when the office was empty. I requested a conversation with Cynthia in advance of our meeting because I had several special needs families who were interested in perhaps meeting her too, and I had a possible speaking opportunity for her to present to a large group of parents. We didn’t connect, and when I tried to follow up my appointment mysteriously disappeared from their calendar. When I emailed to attempt yet again to connect with her, she took offense to my explanation of the above and told her employee to cancel future meetings with me. HUH?! What attorney does that?
I’m pretty sure it might be easier to get a meeting with the Pope or the President. Apparently Cynthia must be doing quite well that she is near impossible to reach and she is so willing to tell prospective special needs clients to screw off. What an interesting approach to client service. I’m just glad I got to see how the firm operates before investing more time.

She is the kind of attorney that gives a bad name to all attorneys. False allegations, malicious prosecutions, overbilling and little games like not sending or delaying papers or sending them to the wrong address.
With out a doubt, this is par for the course with Ms. Pollack. This is not the first time or the second or the third. It seems like her standard of practice.
When my sisters papers were not going to her house and her husband called to give them the correct address she charged for that phone call.
If you have trouble in your family, this attorney will only make things worse not better. You may think you are getting revenge on them and she will certainly help stir up the pot. But in the end she will make things much worse and raise the attorney bills for everyone.
I have never met a person with lower personal ethics.
