I contacted King-​Adams discuss selling my condo in Long Beach. We made an appointment that I couldn’t keep but they rescheduled without a problem.
They brought comparable listings for me to review, asked for my input on the listing price and answered the many questions I had prepared. The paperwork was explained to me on an easily understood level and after that I signed everything. Two hours after they left I received an email link to my property listing. The listing was well marketed and included 23 pictures, I was a happy camper! :)
These two men are knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. They listen and were easy to talk to. My Place got 8 offers in the matter of days. Josh was available to show my place to each inquiring person and that proved indispensable for would be buyers. Ultimately we accepted an offer within 10 days of listing the place and it was over asking price, it would have been sooner but I was too busy to really have the time to look at all the offers. After signing the sales contract I was contacted throughout the entire process and it all went off without a hitch.
They made the sale of my place extremely simple. I would highly recommend this boutique Real Estate team to anyone looking for honest and ethical Agents/​Brokers.
