Galleria Alterations

This place is awesome for hemming jeans! I’m 5’0 and often need my pants hemmed. She alters the jeans by using the original cuff so the threads and thread weight are original, so the hems look great! She’s timely and I always take my jeans to her. The only reason I’m giving her 4 stars is because she once screwed up a dress which needed to be taken up at the straps, but she was understanding and we came to a fair resolution. But, if you ever need jeans hemmed correctly, I highly recommend her! I’ve had several pairs of jeans she’s hemmed and even after continuous washing, the hems look great!

i’ve been here several times for both complex and simple alterations, and have received quality work each time.
my first visit was out of desperation — i needed extensive alterations on a bridesmaid dress, but because of the chiffon overlay and some detailing on the dress, many places were unable/​unwilling to perform the needed work. but when i took my dress here, the owner said she could do the work and would have it ready any time i needed it. i planned for the alterations to take at least a few days, so i asked whether she could have it done within a week, to allow time for additional alterations if necessary. one week later, she had the dress ready, and it fit perfectly!
ever since, i’ve brought various alterations jobs to her, and every time, she asks me when i’d like to have my garments ready. she has even quickly repaired an unraveled seam within minutes, and has completed hemming jobs within a couple of days to accommodate my travel schedule.
the owner is very friendly, and she recognizes me when i bring her new alterations. she is reasonably priced, her work is great, and she always completes the work quickly. overall, i would definitely recommend this place for any type of alterations!
