Fatburger

Food is good but I think it’s over-​priced. I don’t usually have a great experience with the people who work here but whatever. I just take my food to go anyways.

The place is pretty packed most of the time so you want hope nobody is there. The food is good the employees are not mean and I feal at home there.

Well, it’s a burger joint. What more can one say? To the people giving this place one star: the problem is probably you.

Parking can be difficult. Tables are often dirty. Clientele can be dicey.
But the music is good and the Fatburgers are exactly what they’re meant to be.

I’ve had places mess up orders. I’ve had places take a long time. I’ve never had a restaurant just flat out not make my food.
Placed a carryout order via Eat24. I waited 20 minutes or so before heading over. When I got there, the cashier told me my order would be coming of the grill in just a few minutes. I took a stool next to the register and waited. The place was pretty packed, so I figured I ought to be patient. After 20 minutes, my reserves of patience were tapped.
I stood up to ask about my order, and that’s when the cashier turned to the cook and reminded him to make my burger. 40 minutes later. I told him not to bother with it and walked home.
Currently hoping Eat24 will refund my money.

Gone downhill…

I heard about this place from TV, and I was excited about the XXXL Burger challenge! So I went there with 3 of my friends to win the challenge. And we did!!! We’ve received a certificate with our names written on it. It’s a nice experience that we enjoyed. But if it comes to the flavor the burger, it has alot of spices on it and I couldn’t taste the meat.

One of my favorite places to eat a burger. No fancy sauces. No small servings. Just old fashioned big ass burgers. I get a double X and load up the fixings. One day I will try to do a triple X but not now. Lol

On my way to work and I’m hungry so I take a detour and stop at Fatburger.
The prices are way up now. Friendly staff, but the burger has lost it’s flavor. The flavor is boring my taste buds. Even with the egg and bacon I added. I asked for well done fries and when I opened my bag in the car, they are soggy and even slightly undercooked. What a waste of $ 12. I should have gone 2 blocks away to carls and gotten the new natural burger they sell or even Howard’s (also 2 blocks away).
No more Fatburger for me. Bland and overpriced. Too bad. They used to be great.

I love fat burger! They are so friendly and I think it’s one of the best burgers in town with the best steak fries!

Came into this Fatburger after 3 years, I forgot how delicious their burgers are! I ordered the large burger with skinny fries and it was made in front of me. I had no issues with the food, it was all good. The customer service wasn’t very good though, I asked a man for a water cup and he acted like he was doing me a favor and asked me to come all the way to the other side to come and get it.
This place gets 4 stars only because their food is so damn good, if the food wasn’t so good i’d probably rate it 2 stars because of the customer service. But we come to restaurants to eat and these burgers are great.

Shocked by the less than stellar reviews since this location is not only the best fat burger joint but the best burger joint on the west side. I always ask for extra seasoning cuz im mexican. The cooks are awesome and take pride in their product. The music is the only thing that sucks about this place.

I love fatburger. I also love the service I get from grub hub. Both are usually fantastic. For some reason, they can’t seem to work together.
I’ve walked into this restaurant several times for food and always get consistently good food in a reasonable time.
I’ve used grub hub several times and the food is usually delivered on time if not 5 minutes before the promised time.
For some reason every time I try to have fatburger delivered to my place (a dream come true!!) It’s a complete letdown.
The food arrives 20 — 30 mins after promised delivery time. And it’s always cold. The fries are soggy, ice has melted into the drink and the burgers are squished.
Maybe I live too far away for «good delivery» (I live 1.6 miles from the restraunt) or maybe each of the 4 times I’ve tried ordering it’s been a busy night/​short staff/​special circumstances.
Whatever it is, I will no longer use the delivery service.
I will continue to use the restraunt, as I love fatburger and respect the quality of food this store usually provides

The workers at this Fatburger are always very friendly and orders are prepared quickly. They even deliver at this Fatburger!

The neighborhood spot. I grew up around the corner, and I can attest to the fast that the staff has remained mostly the same throughout the years. Nothing beats a perfectly seasoned FatBurger now called a Large with chili cheese fries. Eat here and you’ll leave full.
Don’t hesitate! The Venice Fatburger location is where it’s at!

I’m surprised with the low reviews here! I LOVE FATBURGER! I come here often, and never had any bad experience here whether it was in regards to the service and the food. I know some of the Unilocalers were complaining about the service but people, this is Fatburger! We’re not in Spago! Just order your food, and enjoy the burgers!
When I crave a burger, and I know the lines are too long at In N Out, I rely on good olé Fatburger to give me that greasy burger fix. You can choose from Small to XXXL size burger (yes, XXXL exist and if you eat and finish the burger, they will post your picture on their wall), you can add toppings like avocado, fried egg, etc., and their skinny fries/​chili fries/​onion rings are always good. I also have to give a shout out to their shakes and their turkey burger too!
They take phone orders, they also do delivery (check for specific delivery times), and they also process your order through EAT24 app.

Add Fatburger to the endless list of things that the bf is obsessed with: potato balls, grilled cheese, pizza rolls, Celeste boxed pizza, nutrigrain bars, and Socko’s subs (nonexistent now). And those are the only edible items on the list.
A typical text conversation with him goes as follows:
He: Guess what I just ate?
Me: Fatburger, what else?
He: OMG SO GOOD.
Five, if not more, of these conversations later, I finally decided to hit this joint up and see what he so excited about. There’s a Fatburger 5 minutes away from my workplace walking and one 5 minutes away from my new apartment driving, convenience level high.
What can I say? It tasted like a normal burger. Ain’t particularly special. Maybe it was because I didn’t get all the fixings or maybe I ordered the wrong thing (uhh a Fatburger?), but it wasn’t omg-​gotta-​come-​back-​here-​all-​the-​time good. I’ll admit it was a FAT burger though. I have TMJ problems and can’t open my mouth that wide (that’s what she said) and well let’s just say I had some difficulties with this fat burger. Jokes aside, not underwhelming nor is it out of this world. Average. Would come again though.

I ordered a Turkey Burger with Cheddar and Steak Fries from Fatburger.
The burger and fries were flavorful and satisfying.
I like the Fatburger franchise!

I love this place whenever I’m in the mood for a hearty lunch, it’s a definite go to burger joint in L.A.
