He worked tirelessly for us and as first time buyers, walked us through all the little things everyone forgets to tell you about! Eric helped me relocate from NYC to the South Bay in LA a couple of months ago. He went above and beyond — even advising me and my NYC realtor on managing the sale of that home to time it best with the purchase of my new home. He was extremely detail oriented but never ever over-​stepped. I relied on him heavily and he delivered every time. I got the house I wanted in an extremely competitive market in Hermosa Beach and couldn’t recommend anyone more than Eric! Best of luck.

My husband and I was looking to buy our first house, as many of you know this could be one of the biggest decisions that you make, so it’s quite nerve-​racking. But Eric made it easy… He was beyond professional! He took us thru the jungle of real estate, made us feel at ease, and he was very, very patient with us. He answered all our calls and emails immediately, and went beyond what he needed to do. In the end we ended up with our dream home thanks to Eric.
