It’s expensive and the lady was rude. Saw cash in my wallet and wouldn’t let me pay with my debit card. Shouldn’t that be my choice?

I’ve had a few dresses hemmed and Dry clean all my clothes here and I always have a pleasant experience. More importantly, I needed a dress hemmed before a flight out of town for a wedding so I asked them to rush it for next day… they were so accommodating and worked late to get it finished in time. Thank goodness, or I would have had to attend the wedding naked! Lol

It’s true, they gave me a 70% refund after they PROMISED me a FULL refund if they couldn’t fix it. Not only did they refuse to give me a full refund as they had promised, they forced me to come back 3 times, each time saying they could fix it and if not they would give me a full refund. So it’s interesting that they are calling me liar.
As you can see from my profile, I like leaving good reviews for businesses and I’m not an unreasonable customer. This is the only place that I’ve given only 1 star to.

I’ve used this place to hem up my jeans a couple of times and they do a great job. Hey, I didn’t have highwaters afterwards, which is pretty good. Their prices are great and the lady is really nice. I can’t speak for their dry cleaning because I haven’t tried it.

I have my jeans altered here all the time. The price you cant beat and they make them look perfect. Very quick and friendly service. This is the only place i bring any laundry I need fixed or cleaned.

I’ve had my pants altered here and an emergency zipper replaced the very next day. Both times, I’ve been treated with quality customer service and I will go out of my way to pass two other dry cleaning places to come here. They also do alterations on site so you’ll definitely get your stuff quicker than someplace that sends their alterations out
I had to get a zipper fixed for an interview and the lady who does alterations assured me that she could have it done the next day. Everything looks great and she even pressed my skirt for me! Talk about service!
