Although I have yet to actually rent from this establishment, I found that their customer service was top notch, and worth a «4» star rating. The gentleman who consulted with me seemed eager to find the ideal location for me, called me back promptly, and didn’t try and push me off when he realized I wasn’t ready to pull the trigger on anything right away. I know these are little things, but these little things rarely found these days in the world of customer service! I’ve definitely recommended them to out-​of-​town guests that were looking to stay in this area.
