We love going to Three Lions Pub. If you have kids, but still like British pub food and beer, they allow kids in the dining area(location in Bothell is 21 and over only). They also have trivia night.

We had a wonderful experience here. The bartender and wait staff were attentive, the food was delicious, they had a lot of great beers on tap, and the people in the bar were kind and friendly. What a nice little spot.

One of my favorite places for Happy Hour! Super friendly staff, great service and all of the food is pretty damn good! I’m sure the food snobs will complain but this is a pub and it’s great!

Service was a little slow but A+++ for the air conditioning. Very authentic English pub atmosphere and setting, and I should know, being an ex-pat. :). I would come again if I was in the area but wouldn’t make a special trip up the hill.

One of my favorite places to eat and drink on Novelty hill. The food is great and the atmosphere is nice and kind of upscale. The only downside I’ve found is that the service is slow. I’m usually finished with my drink long before they come by to order another. It’s faster if I sit at the bar but usually I go with a group. There’s a hiking/biking/horse trail that pops out in the parking lot behind the bank so sometimes we ride our bikes here for lunch. There is an outside patio area where you can watch your bike or lock it to their fence. Edit: my last visit service was much faster even though it was busy

Yuck. You would think a British pub could cook fish and chips. not here. The fish was overcooked, like rubber and had no flavor. Obviously frozen. For what we paid it should be fresh. Since they can’t even do good fish and chips we wouldn’t dare try anything else. We won’t ever be back.

Best smoked salmon chowder I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked fish and large fries. Great beer on tap.

I was a frequent patron of the downtown Redmond location. An English pub, owned by Brits, it was my home away from home. Then I moved further away and surprisingly missed 3L more than I ever thought I would. Then score! They opened a location just down the street from my office on Redmond Ridge. A great place to wait out the traffic and enjoy a beer, a shot and something from their menu. The draft selections are good enough for my beer snobbery and their menu has enough variety to keep you from getting too burned out. The Redmond Ridge location is a little colder than the downtown Redmond 3L when it comes to atmosphere but don’t hold that against them. I never have had a bad experience at either location and I appreciate what they have to offer. I’m just glad they are around and I hope they continue to grow. Cheers!

We walked in at 6:50 the bartender made eye contact with me once no smile just looked. The waiter looked at me twice. At 7:15 me and my wife walked out. We were never even spoken to and the place was half empty. Spend your hard earned money somewhere where they care about their customers.

This is a nice little local pub in Redmond Ridge. Staff is super nice and fast. Two favorites here fries with curry sauce and shepherds pie.

This place is a total gem and much needed on Redmond ridge. The ambience is nice, they have very good beer, full liquor selection, lots of tv’s, etc. It’s a great place to grab a drink. I’m rating this place on its overall appeal and how badly a bar/grill was needed in the area. The food probably doesn’t warrant five stars but it’s pretty solid. Burgers are good. They take some chances with their specials, which I can dig.

Meh. For a pub wannabe these guys are really missing the mark. I gave them the benefit of the doubt regardless of low Unilocal reviews. Yep was fairly spot on in this case. Poor service and dimwitted not a customer-first establishment. Right out of the gate I sat down at the bar and was unpromptly greeted and served. Beer was served in a warm/hot glass which offset the cool temp of the beer(minus 2 stars right the for any bar). Cleaning supplies started wafting through the air at 9pm. I was gone after that. .had seen enough. Unfortunately they are the only game in the 5 mile radius so no options=subpar everything. Lions is a classic example.

We live close so it’s really our ony option without going to Redmond or further. Last nights experience was not the best. After seating ourselves(cool with that) it took our«server» more than ten minuets to take our drink order. Then fifteen minuets later we got our drinks, five minuets later she returned to take our food order. Twenty minuets later I got my Calamari app, it was so overdone it couldn’t eat it. 30 minuets after our order we recived our main course, average food. Based on the times to get drinks/food I will go into Redmond from now on.

Your typical bar and restaurant type of place really nothing that makes it special. The waitress was semi friendly but could’ve been a little more attentive as I waited too long to get/or receive and offer for a refill. I had the Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Crab, and again… very typical and generic recipe. Drinks from the bar, a mixed drink was well prepared and was not skimpy on the mixins so that’s a plus. Overall a decent place but nothing really that I’d consider worth coming back for.

I really want to love this place, it’s close to home. My friends come at times, the seating is great. But bad food and average service keep me away. Someday the ridge will have a cool place to hang out, have a drink, eat and watch a game. I can’t wait. Until then I’ll come from time to time, try to support a local business while dreaming of the day when get that cool local place with great food, awesome service, where we can hang out and enjoy our evenings.

For most of us yanks who don’t know, the Three Lions are the lions that are found on the badge of England’s National Football team. So, try and fake that East End accent and maybe you can convince them with singing a few rounds of Knees Up, Mother Brown. Ee-aye, Ee-aye, Ee-aye-oh. PARKING: Strip mall parking. You may need to get crafty and park on the street or an adjacent lot. LOCATION: In a part of Redmond that you can call downtown. DECOR: Very much like a public house. Nothing gimmicky, just straight English bric-à-brac. STORE: If you like English bric-à-brac, be sure to check out their store, which is right next door. AMBIENCE: Mostly Yanks. I wouldn’t count on getting your picture taken with the Queen. FOOTBALL: Association football, that is. They have English Premier, Bundesliga, and MLS. This is good for a Sounders hang out. Lots of jerseys fill this place, especially for the big matches. FOOD: In all fairness, I haven’t tried the food. But it does look legit. BEER/BOOZE; Full bar. You’re not going to find many obscure beers here. Their tap list is heavy on the ales; so if you’re worried about Rocky Mountain piss, you’re safe here. SERVICE: Friendly. They’ll gladly answer your questions.

A beautiful day sullied by a most unpleasant manager. Normally I wouldn’t bother reviewing your basic two or three star strip mall pub but I had such an poor experience here I feel compelled to write about it. Played golf today with friends — good fun, perfect weather. Grabbed a cup of iced coffee at Sbux and was about to head home but they wanted to get a bite to eat. Sounded like a good idea at the time. Joined my pals at the table. My server mentioned that they didn’t allow outside food/drink but was cool about it and just said«don’t do it again» No problem. We order up and about halfway through the meal a most unpleasant woman tells me I have to go. Was a bit confused and asked for the reason and she very condescendingly said«it says right on the door — no outside food or drink» I told her my server was aware of this and said that it was cool this one time. That didn’t sit well with her at all. I was really taken aback and just asked to get my tab and a to-go box. Paid the tab(20% tip because the server wasn’t at fault) and had a few choice words for the«manager» One of which I’m not particularly proud of but it was absolutely fitting. There were so many ways this could have been handled better but to just 86 me in a very disdainful way was totally uncool. She then threatened to call the police and I had to laugh and ask if using unsavory language was against the law. Her asking a coworker to get my license plate made it even more laughable — I pointed right to my car and told here it was there for all to see. Perhaps she was having a bad day but that was incredibly poorly handled. If only negative stars were an option.

Second time in and even worse service. Help must be hard to come by on the ridge because after sitting there for 15 minutes with my wife and daughter we left to mcd’s and had a terrible experience as well. Food is decent as last time when I did get to eat even thought the poor kid waiter was just terrible. This girl today walked by 4 – 5 times and never even said a word to us. It was seat yourself and only 9:00pm. Like I said above, we left after 15mins. staffing issues like crazy which probably means business isn’t good and this won’t be open much longer.

I went here for lunch a few weeks ago and left full and happy. The place was clean, bright and airy, with plenty of TVs around for watching sports. The staff was friendly and honest. The biggest surprise for me was the food. I ordered the fish and chips, but didn’t expect it to be anything special. Man, was I surprised! Hands down, the best fish and chips I’ve had in years. The fish was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. Flaky, sweet… just so, so good. I can’t wait to go back.
