The Luke Apartments

This place is amazing, absolute best group of folks I have dealt with in a very long time, so pleased with this group (office staff), I would recommend this place to my Mother :)

I have resided at The Luke Apartment’s since September and I’ve decided to share my experience.
The staff at The Luke, are devoted and respond to questions and concerns quickly.
Especially since The Greystar Community took over and the Management changed.
Located at a very convenient spot, it is walking distance from Downtown and The Town Centre.
It is also right by the 520, so you won’t get stuck in traffic to get to the highway, even during the rush hours.
There is also plenty of gated overnight parking spots for your guests.
The environment is clean, they have a well equipped gym and last but not least, they offer Fiber Optic Internet up to 1GB DL/​UP speed.

Over the last couple months I personally viewed 20+ apartments in Seattle/​Eastside area to find the perfect home. Hands down, The Luke provided the most positive experience. From touring the facility, to keeping in touch via email, to signing the papers, Kaytlyn (manager), as well as the rest of the staff, have been so genuine and helpful through the entire process. I cannot give The Luke enough praise for being a welcoming and warm environment. Moving is quite an exhausting process but this team has really made a difference.
The facility and units themselves are also beautiful. I love the layout of the studios here. Having just recently opened, the common areas are bright, fun, and ready for community activity.
Location is wonderful. The complex sits just outside of downtown Redmond. Bellevue/​Seattle are just a short drive away. There are quite a few breweries/​wineries and places to eat nearby.
Overall, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a new home in the area!

I’ve been so happy with the service the staff at The Luke has provided. They are so caring, consistent and always on top of things. Also, the units are beautifully finished and the location is great for walking around downtown.
