This Taco Bell is probably one of the worst I have ever been to. They have always taken forever to get an order out in the drive thru. They are usually pretty accurate in getting the right food in your bag, although one time I got a chicken quesadilla instead of cheese– probably not a big deal when you aren’t a vegetarian, but when you don’t eat meat, no dinner…
Tonight their listed hours are until midnight, but they had their outside sign and restaurant lights off at 23:40. I guess that we are desperate here in central Oregon and so late night food hours can be wily nilly and the orders inaccurate.
I’m surprised that with this many negative reviews, corporate Taco Bell hasn’t stepped in to try and improve this location.

What is up with this Taco Bell? Since when do I have to pay extra for green sauce instead of red on my burrito? Then to top it off, I have been told that I am not allowed more than 3 sauces for my food. 3 sauces??? What the hell? I usually use 10 for my taco and burrito and tostada. Now they say the OWNER said they can only give one sauce per item. I was so furious, told them to give me my money back. So they said OK. REALLY??? You are going to lose out on my sale over 7 sauces. So I took my money and went to McDonald’s. I usually eat at Taco Bell twice a week, but now, never again. This is absolutely ridiculous. How cheap is this owner that he refuses to accommodate his customers. This is poor customer service. I am so furious. I’d give them less than 1 star if I could!

I have been to this Tacobell 4 – 5 times and everytime I say it’s the last time… They are so slow 12 plus cars in the drive up and it literally takes about 5 mins per car… It’s everytime… I will not be back… Very disappointing wait time… I guess it gave me time to write this on Unilocal lol

This is by far the best Taco Bell in Central Oregon. Friendly staff usually. Ok, they get stuff wrong sometimes and can be slow on occasion — it’s fast food people, show me one that doesn’t. In general they have better and faster service here. And everything at Taco Bell is yummy and very affordable! (Ok, except the fritos burrito — gross)

I gave this taco bell a three star because the Drive Thru took 20 for me to get my order but the person at the window was nice. She said it was her first time working the window all night and was really sorry. This Taco Bell is hit or miss when It comes to speed of service.
