Starbucks Starbucks with me has a love hate relashionship its very fattening but good once in a while sometimes you have to treat yourself. Try not to have it every day it can get addicting especially the holiday ones or the PSL omg! So good! Its delicious try it out but keep track. If youre on a diet try the refreshers ugh I’m addicted to those they’re so good! Definetly try a refresher!

I went to the drive thru and later noticed that my mocha felt really light. I opened the lid and saw that they only filled the cup a little over half way. It was too far to go back, and not worth causing a fuss over the phone. Starbucks is great, but caution at this place to check your cup, it might be less than full.

First time I have given Starbucks 5 stars because truly Starbucks & I have a love/hate relationship somewhat symbiotic. Anywho came here to kill some time usually hi & bye — but I placed an order using the mobile pay and go. I noticed they didn’t have options to customize too much like how much room or temp for steamed milk and how much. So I asked Synova who is the real reason for this 5 star review. She was genuine & kind as well as interested in getting the drink correct. If she wasn’t sure or didn’t know SHEASKED ! — duh!!! Other Starbucks employees it’s so simple. If you don’t know, ASK. Then everyone is happy :). My drink came out perfect all around. When I asked her name she wasn’t weird about it. Just smiling and happy. I know working at Starbucks can be a royal pain filled with entitled millennials but whether he genuinely loves her job or not. From our interaction I decided she does & that great customer service thanks Synova

How does a Starbucks run out of white mocha every week? When this happens at other locations they comp your drink or give you a voucher. This is the closest Starbucks to my house and I go out of my way to avoid it.

This is probably the most incompetent Starbucks I have ever been to. The older lady who is usually up at the front register doesn’t even listen to your order… I don’t think of myself as a coffee snob but she misses even the littlest modifications.(ie if I order an unsweetened iced tea it will definitely be coming with the sweetener). The bar seems constantly low on supplies: straws, etc. which is important because even with iced drinks I’m never handed a straw by the barista. The space never seems very clean to me. Baristas are not overly friendly at all. I have yet to be on there and have one of the girls ask anything about my day or even say hello hardly. Reason for a couple stars: nice outdoor seating area, ample parking. I think I’ll find a nice local place to visit in the mornings before work.

While this is a great location, and the drive through is usually very quick, if you are wanting good coffee or service just drive on by to the next Starbucks down the road in either direction. Not my first time having issues at this location, but will be 100% my last time at this store. Went through the drive in around 730am Sunday morning. Only one car in front of me and seemed a little quiet on the inside. We ordered a tall flat white and a tall skinny iced mocha. Got the window, paid, got the flat white when the girl in the drive in told me the mocha looked«odd» and might be «old». HUH? She asked if I wanted to wait for a few minutes or order something else. At this point I was suspect of anything referred to as odd or old, so I ordered a non-fat flat white. We got our drink, drove away, and I took my first sip only to spit it back into the cup. It tasted bitter and burnt. My friend took a sip and agreed it was horrible. We ended up driving to the Starbucks down the road on 170th. My friend told them what happened and they were baffled. They made me original drink order and offered us free sandwich or pastry to make up for the trouble. I declined, as all I wanted was my coffee but it was nice of them to offer. Starbucks. I realize by sheer volume you dominate the coffee market around here, but there are other options. Have I mentioned my addiction to the great coffee and consistent service at Mercury Coffee?

Definitely not the best service or my favorite Starbucks location, but some days I can tell they’re trying. I like how close this is to my apartment, but sometimes I just skip this one and go to the one inside QFC(same parking lot), the drink accuracy and customer service is usually better there — and you can still use the mobile pay/gold rewards.

I love this SBX, I always get perfect coffee, food, and service. Would give 5* but there’s almost always a long long line.

Don’t go after 8am. Even then, be ready to have the coffee SUCK over half the time. This is actually an improvement over two years ago when they NEVER had coffee that didn’t taste like the tar paper floor of a Liberian outhouse. Today it was nasty, and I mean horribly, shuddering in disgust awful with FREEEXTRAGROUNDS all around.

This is one of the busier SBux but the drive thru is set up well. One thing I’ve lived about this one is the fact that I’ve had my drinks comp’ed when the wait has been unexpectedly long … without complaining or needing to ask for that. You have to love service like that. We have never done more than driving thru at this one. All in all — we love this one!

Starbucks is Starbucks — generally reliable and consistently good. I’m not a big fan of this location, though. The store is small and feels cramped, and there is never enough seating. There’s always a long line in the store, partly because the service is slow, which is probably due to the high-volume drive thru at the location. The drive thru contributes to other problems, because cars are constantly circling the store, making it challenging at times to get in and out of the closer parking spaces, and in summer, making it unpleasant to sit outside. It’s fine if you just want to grab a quick cup, but if you want to sit and chat, or read, there are better choices.

I used to go here regularly when I first moved to the area. However, the poor service has driven me away. The drive through line is timed and moves at a moderate pace and there is a camera that helps with ordering. Inside there is little space to form a line and so people are often scrunched up against the door. The seating is also odd as there is a large table in the corner that occupies a lot of space. I quit visiting this location after getting three drinks in a row that were dripping out the side. I commented each time asking the barista to clean the drink up, but usually the response was poor. They’re frequently out of drink plugs when you stop inside, so you will have to ask for one. Further, as other reviews have noted, some of the staff have trouble charging credit cards correctly. I had this happen once. There are better places close by that have substantially better service.

First and last time going to this Starf**ks… Was at TJ’s across the parking lot, decided to walk over and enjoy a cuppa… never got one. I waited in line behind a nice grandma lady, we spoke while she waited for her order to get rectified, which kept coming back wrong and the barista kept over charging her. Senior citizen’s drip coffee is a buck a cup… she was being charged over $ 4. This rigamarole went on for almost 5 minutes… barista insisted she has an Americano, Sweet lady says, «I don’t know what that is, I just want a cup of reg, drip coffee.» Then a man came up behind me, he was waiting patiently as well… then another barista(who walked back and forth doing nothing 4 times, I counted) came up to take his order… there was no, «Are you next? Have you ordered? Would you like to go to hell today?» Nuttin’. So I told the nice lady so long, I’m gonna skip waiting forever. Finally Blondie Barista says, «Oh, I thought you with her… what can I get you?» Nuttin… Also, the person who was waiting on their order when I arrived was still standing there when I left… makes ya wonder. Seems like the crew there needs a caffeine rocket up da butt. Wake up and smell your own coffee!!! The layout of this place is just as strange as the dome topped one in Juanita… flow is AFU. AFU = All F***ed Up. P.S. I loooooooove the true blue crew at the Kenmore store, always happy to see you, joke with you and the place is clean. They’re over by the Grocery Outlet, $tree and Kenmore Lanes on Bothell Way.

I just went and ordered an Americano. When the barista gave me the coffee I left because the was a long line of cars. As soon as I drank it was warm!!! Isn’t it suppose to be hot??? I was already out of the parking lot and I was not going back to have it done again. Next time I will taste it in front of them.

I HATED this Starbucks. I don’t know if they were having an off day or what, but the staff was totally rude and inattentive. Whoever was handing off drinks had the worse case of the mumbles ever. Someone took my drink by mistake(or because Mumbles sucks at his job), and their staff acted like it was my fault(even though they were giving me dirty looks like I’m weirdo for hovering at the end of the counter… so I could hear Mumbles). Totally disorganized and inefficient service. The whole place was chaos. I will never go to this Starbucks ever again.

Can’t STAND this Starbuck’s! First, it is NOT kid friendly at all! I went there with my friend who lives in the burbs and she brought her six month old baby in his carrier seat. No place to put it! The tables and seating are AWFUL and if you bring a baby in a carrier then BEPREPAREDTOHAVETOPUTHIMORHERONTHEFLOOR!!! Yes, that’s right, ONTHEFLOOR! As in, where people could trip over the carrier! And they pay designers big bucks to come up wit this?! The staff was rude and elitist when we asked them to assist in a workaround, the manager was just atrocious – grrrrrrr!!! Clearly the thought of one baby and two women sitting and chatting and spending money in their store for an hour or so is not something they consider particularly important. We left when it because obvious our business wasn’t appreciated and found a much better indie café around the corner with comfortable seating and a professional, pleasant, welcoming staff. I will never set foot in this SB ever again!

Coffee and products are like any other Starbucks, but the employees here are the type to remember names and drinks and serve it with a smile. I appreciate that when I visit here, the team seems to work well together… because I’ve seen some drama at a few other Starbucks. Nonetheless, close to my work and the people are kind. Plus, plus.

I like my lattes and coffee beans. Sometimes they forget my vanilla or double shot, but I go in durning a rush so it sucks… I shouldn’t have to pay for something I don’t get. Saying this… I love starbucks!

I wouldn’t say they’re «As good as it gets», since I’ve had MUCH better coffee, but Starbucks’ quality is pretty reliable. The really only thing you need to keep on your toes for is the accuracy of your order. Every once in a while everyone makes a mistake and goofs up(which is understandable). That was really, the only issue I had with this place was that once on one order I ordered and paid for a Venti and a Tall was prepared and set out on the completed order platform(whatever they call it… landing pad?). And when they set it out they didn’t call my name, but instead called«Tall [beverage type]». So I sat there for about 15 – 20 minutes waiting for what I ordered to be called out, OR for my name to be called out, but neither were. Finally, I asked the cashier if the beverage was mine and he said yes, and showing my receipt I pointed out their mistake(wrong size). They did fix the error immediately, but there’s obviously nothing they could do to fix the time wasted waiting. They COULD have avoided the whole issue though, had they actually followed their own protocol and called out my name(which they requested upon ordering) instead of calling out the beverage PREPARED… For this, they lost a star with me. Reliable quality doesn’t make up for unreliable service. :-/ I DO like the place… I just hope their management reigns in on the inconsistencies in service that seem to cause these type of issues. I may give them another chance, but I’m not sure how soon. And if they screw up again there’s definitely not a shortage of alternative coffee shops to frequent instead. :-\ (Even in the same plaza there’s TWO alternatives… one being an in-store STARBUCKS! ;-p) Anyways, perhaps they’ll have their process issues smoothed out by the time they also finish their remodeling. We’ll see. …maybe.
