Very nice little Starbucks. Here we are in Trilogy, a 55+ community, and this Starbucks has the handicap ramp. That’s how customer service oriented they are. The store is neat and clean. The barista’s are always smiling and it seems to be a gathering place for the neighborhood residents and the residents all have smiles! I don’t think I even waited 5 minutes for my Spinach, cheese and cage-​free egg breakfast sandwich and decaf vanila latte. Definitely a spot I would stop at whenever I am in the area.

Every time I come here and their busy, their customer service skills go out the window! Their extremely rude, and give the worst attitudes when you ask for anything! Excuse me, I thought when I use the pick up option and do an online order, all I have to do is go pick it up! And the older blonde curly hair barista give me attitude when I asked about my food! All I did was ask where it is! I will make sure to NEVER come here again. Jerks

What is it about Redmond Ridge mall?! Most everything tastes better or looks better here, compared to Tacoma anyway. :oP
Although the space is long and slender in terms of sitting space, and there’s not enough outlets for my pink iPad, they do have an outdoor patio under trees that look East toward the Cascade mountains. I don’t think there’s any café outside of Switzerland that has such incredible views.
The staff are really polite and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, want, or that Santa might have missed on your Christmas list! I think this is the best Starbucks I’ve been to, ever! :o)

I come here all the time, and it’s the best Starbucks restaurant I’ve been to, really renewed my loyalty to the brand. It might as well be a small family owned business. Most of the staff is very friendly, and they really try to get to know you. They make an effort to strike up conversation, and relate to you, instead of just acting cheery.

THE BEST STARBUCKS LOCATION ~ hands down. the manager is Carla and she’s a true professional. her staff are so well trained… friendly, happy, welcoming. their drip coffee is changed often so it doesn’t have that horrible burnt flavor that some of the other starbuck stores in our area have. Carla is to be commended for always having a clean store, well stocked and great employees/​partners! we have coffee there at least 4 times a week — never, ever had a negative experience there!
Update ~ Carla now manages another location but the current manager — Kaitlin– is delightful. As much as we miss Carla, we are enjoying Kaitlin and her new staff.

This is the best Starbucks We’ve ever been. We meet there with some friends almost every morning. The service and product are always wonderful. Carla and her crew are the greatest.

The whole crew here rocks! They take the time to really get to know you and your drink (s). They are very positive, upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. I will drive out of my way by a good twenty minutes each direction bypassing 3 or 4 other Starbucks just to see this crew.

The women that work here in the morning are so nice and friendly. They do take their time to talk to you and they’re very pleasant!
The mochas and lattes that I’ve ordered have been great– as good as any other Starbucks (awesome!)
They close rather early though– 7 pm on some days. Check the hours before you head over there!

A perfectly acceptable Starbucks on the ridge, where the drip doesn’t taste like garbage. I’m sure they actually change the coffee here every hour like they’re supposed to.
This is also one of those Starbucks where they actually make conversation with you, and don’t seem to be put out while doing so.
I’ve had lattes here and they’ve been as good as any I’ve had at Starbucks. The only better latte I’ve ever had at Starbucks was from the Carnation location, way back when. But that’s when humans actually pulled the shot from the original La Marzocco… and those days are long gone. *sigh*
