I was very disappointed in my manicure and pedicure. Firstly, roxy was very rude from the moment I walked in. To me and the others there. She asked what I wanted and then told me «no. I won’t do that» and proceeded to give me a manicure that not only was chipping off the next day, but didn’t look professional. I could have done it myself. She talked on her cell phone most of the way through my mani and pedicure. I won’t be returning. I have heard lovely, lovely things about the hair stylists and massage therapist there! Please don’t discount them. :)

I went to Robin for 3 years to cut and weave my long healthy hair. The last time she left the bleach on too long and ruined my hair up to the roots. I told her and she said to come back so she could help me get it healthy again. It’s been about a year and I still have 6 inches of hair that is fried. No, once it’s damaged you can’t make it healthy. I think she is preoccupied with the drama of her life. Just thought she should know.

After reading the reviews I thought this place was going to be awesome. Well I was wrong. Roxie is a very nice lady but her pedicure skills leave much to be desired. I’m almost 6 months pregnant so the way her chair was positioned put cramps in my legs and feet and instead of moving the chair she just kept telling me to keep my feet straighter or my toes down. My toenails are so short they hurt and I have paint all over my toes like I let my 10 year old do them. Again, a very nice lady, but if you want a nice relaxing pedicure with a decent polish job and not sore toes, you may want to look elsewhere.

This was the BEST pedicure I ever had! Roxie worked really hard for 90 minutes to take off my callouses and make my feet much healthier. Very good value for the money. Go see her!

I had my first set of gel nails (CND Shellac) applied by Shelena, and I’m sold on both her and the nails. She did a fantastic job, took care and wasn’t in a hurry, and the conversation was pleasant and low-key. I will go in as often as I can afford to keep my nails nice now that I’ve found someone here in town who is so good at it. These gel nails are really tough — still nice after installing a kitchen faucet, multiple gardening sessions, painting exterior of our house, and working with some concrete blocks and rock recently. Still look shiny and new!
