Like I’ve said in my other reviews, this place is NOT vegetarian friendly. Like most ignorant, carnivorous American sandwich shops, Quiznos — at least here in Redmond — takes it upon themselves to add ingredients to your«veggie» sandwich without your consent. I was looking for a quick lunch and, as per my usual habit to avoid confusion — I ordered online for pickup. I clicked«make it a veggie» on the order form under the«choose your meat» option, thinking this would suffice as a «no meat» selection, seeing as that was not an option in itself. I also threw in a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. I picked up my sandwich from the apathetic, non-English speaking cashier only to bring it home and find a plethora of ingredients I had not asked for. I wanted a simple sandwich with mozzarella, tomato, lettuce and balsamic. Sure, they put those on the sandwich, as well as mushrooms, onions, olives and guacamole. Are you kidding me? When did I ask for those? I had to physically remove these unwanted ingredients from my now-soggy sandwich, knowing that returning for a refund/new sandwich would only confuse the friendly natives working there. There used to be perfect vegetarian options that, for no apparent reason, no longer exist, including the double cheese melt and the italian caprese. Perhaps Quiznos makes enough money from meat eaters that they choose to ignore vegetarians, even though keeping those vegetarian options on the menu, given their simplicity, is of no cost to the franchise. Oh, and the cookie had more sugar and fat than a can of Coke and a hot dog, and it was evident upon the first — and last — bite. Will never eat here again.

I normally have good things to say about Quizno’s — their family friendly environment, courteous staff and great sandwiches. Today, I experienced completely the opposite in all the aspects. I ordered Angus Steak sandwich and a Turkey Club ultimate sandwich. The staff never bothered to ask if I wanted specific type of cheese or sauce. Also, the staff member cooked the angus in what appeared to have really old water(it wasnt clear and it seemed very oily). I didnt think much of it until I actually tried to chew through couple of pieces of angus. The meat was so tough, you couldn’t cut it with a knife and there were couple other pieces with the same texture. I gave up and went back to the staff member, requesting a new sandwich. The staff member had the nerve to tell me «this is the first time I ever heard of this complaint» and didn’t bother to even apologize. I got just half of another sandwich and made sure I loudly complained about the angus to other customers. This Quizno’s is THE worst place to order a sandwich, let alone eat one there.

If this isn’t a new location, it sure looks like it. Every time I walk in for lunch, it is always very clean and organized which is impressive because it’s also always very busy. The staff is always very friendly and they work through the lines very quickly but without making you feel rushed. The food is standard for any location of this chain and I would say overall is a step up from some of the other major chain competition. When I am in need of a good sandwich for lunch during the work week, this is the first place I think of.

I love me a good veggie sammie. They are quick and easy and usually the perfect size for my appetite. I tend to spend time in the neighboring Starbucks working on occasion so it’s nice to quickly hop next door and grab myself one of these delicious sammie’s when I’m hungry. I’ve gone a few times recently and one of the sandwich makers just seems to be in a really foul mood when I see her these days. I walked in today, no one else was in line, and stood in front of her for a few minutes. She saw me but continued about her business so I went to the cashier to order thinking that was how it was going to be today. She then pops over to where the cashier was and says with a smurk, «hello? what do ya want?» I tell her a veggie sammie, no onions with ranch. She stormed off seeming a little pissed. I can’t imagine it was because of what I ordered! At this point someone else entered the line, standing behind me and we looked at each other and laughed. I was given my sammie in the same manner(she still looked very annoyed) and off I went. I love my sammie’s so I’ll continue to come back but sandwich lady, if I could make it myself I would! The cashier was very pleasant. The sammie was still delicious so I guess thats what’s most important.

Quizno’s isn’t my favorite sandwich shop, but this location has its good points. It’s clean, with lots of seating and windows. Most importantly, they serve up decent fare on a consistent basis. They actually trim the fat and gristle off of the beef, which is more than I can say for the location nearest to where I live. I come here only to take advantage of the coupons and specials. C’mon Quizno’s, over $ 13 for a large peppercorn beef sub? That’s RIDICULOUS. Are you really that much better than Subway?

The boy is addicted to the Chicken Carbonara subs, so we have to come here every so often. However, it seems like no matter what sandwich I get, they all taste somewhat the same… Turkey Bacon Guacamole is not supposed to taste the same as Chipotle Chicken… but what the heck… it tastes a-ok, and it is at an okay price. This particular location is huge! It gets pretty busy, but I haven’t had to wait an abnormally long time on any of my visits. If I could break my honey of his cravings, then maybe I could try some other sandwich shops… oh well…

Holy massive sub shop! The sonics could play inside and not complain about making enough money. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Black rack for take out, silver for eat in, they don’t ever have to talk to you which is good cause they need to focus on my sub. Subs are good though pricy for the fact it is really crap you are eating. But they got a pepper bar!
