Have to say that the staff here is decent, polite, and helpful. Much better than the other close by locations. Food is good and they do a decent job with their catering delivery. I would do business again.

Horrible experience. Went as soon as they opened this afternoon. But the restroom didn’t even have toilet seat covers and towels. Hardly toilet paper. Shouldn’t they stock prior to opening the shop? Unfriendly staff. Messy floor. Not returning. If the management is reading this review, please retrain(or rehire) staff. It would benefit the store/company in the long run.

This particular Qdoba is really a hit or miss… I’ve eaten here about 6 times, and overall the food has been good, but there is a very strong language barrier about half the time. Sometimes when I go to eat, there is no language barrier, and my order is accurate, othertimes, they don’t understand what I’m saying and get my order wrong, and they don’t understand when I explain it to them. For example, I ordered a taco salad, and I ended up with a soup and taco salad in the same shell. I explained that is not what I wanted, but they did not understand… I was hungry and ate it anyways, and it was actually not bad, but it was incorrect. Another time was when I ordered a taco, and they made two tacos instead, and charged me for it. I explained I only wanted one taco, but they did not understand me at all, so I just paid for the 2 tacos anyways, as I was in a hurry. While I think the food is good, not being able to understand any English at all(on about half of my visits) is really frustrating. I’m sure I’ll come back to the Qdoba, but it will be a while before I return.

I rarely ever give a one star review, but this Qdoba deserves it. I went in shortly after they opened on a Saturday. It took 20 minutes for me to order and receive my food, despite the fact that there were only 2 other customers ahead of me. Half of that time was spent waiting to place my order, the other half was spent waiting to receive the order. I will never return to this location again. 1. Despite the fact that there were only 2 customers in line ahead of me, I stood there being ignored for 10 minutes(yes, they knew I was there; they made eye contact with me but never so much as said, «I’ll be right with you»). 2. I finally order a cheese quesadilla and proceed to the cash register. AFTER I paid, the cashier told me it would be a few more minutes because their quesadilla press wasn’t warmed up. If they had only told me that when I placed my order, I would have ordered something else. 3. When they opened the press to retrieve my food, it was falling apart and half stuck to the grill. The girl pulled it off and held it up to show me, after which she said they would have to remake it and it would just be a few more minutes. 4. The girl behind the counter was wearing VERY short shorts, which is dangerous in a kitchen, not to mention unprofessional. They need a serious change in management at this location.

The service was fine. The food was fine. Every single table was dirty. There was good and stuff all over the floor. The drink station was under stocked. Most napkin holders were empty. Rather disappointing. We went on a Saturday in the late afternoon. It wasn’t busy when we were there. Lots of empty seats. There was certainly time to clean and restock but that did not happen.

OK, I’ll admit it, I come here just for the chips and guacamole. I have yet to find another place in the area that even comes close. I’m not a Chipotle fan!!! So don’t bring it up. The tacos are ok and I usually have the Mad Rancher(they have six taco types you can choose from or you can go free form) which comes on a flour taco. They are small, so I typically order 3 for lunch. The service varies between terrible and nonexistent. As long as you go in knowing that the staff tend to talk to each other and/or answer their cell phones while you’re trying to order, you’ll be ok. As I said, I’m addicted to the chips/guac so I’ll put up with the poor service. But the minute I find chips that come close to Qdoba’s, I will have no need to ever go back. The store and bathroom are clean and they do have an outdoor area where I can sit and enjoy the sunshine.

This is the second time I come to this location and the service is the worst! There were 3 persons standing there talking while I was waiting, not to mention that there was no customer at the time I went, I think the manager with ugly and without hairnet charge me, she just threw the food at me! This is unacceptable guys! I think that everyone should be treated with respect. Please avoid coming to this specific location! Hopefully management can do something about it!

Staff will hate you for visiting them. They just want you to pay up and go. Just want to rush you quickly to the billing with as little quantity as they can put in your order. We ordered gumbo, got a fully water down gumbo sauce, tiny spec of rice and tiny drop of sour cream, looked like a soup and not lunch. Happened all 8 times I visited here, now I am done here after yelling at the staff last time. Wonder how they can get away with this kind of service and yet still stay in this business. Go to Qdoba in bellevue 148th Ave NE instead… Awesome staff and great food.

I am literally sitting here eating my burrito bowl while writing this review. After waiting patiently for 5 minutes for the girl to get off of her phone, she literally looked at me. laughed and continued to her phone. Once another staff member said something to her, she then looked at me again, laughed and proceeded to ask me what I would like. When trying to tell her what I wanted, she kept interrupting me for the next step. Finally… I made it to the cash register was told my total, I gave her my card she swiped it and gave it back. Then she WALKEDAWAY! I would never think to write a review for something as silly as fast food but I am so disgusted.

It’s not the food that got such a low rating. It’s the workers. Seriously find another location. Like the previous Unilocaler said they act super unhappy. And they can’t even get a online order right. It clearly says avocado, queso, and sour cream on my burrito which I got none of those. Idk if they’re too cheap to put it on or just to lazy to actually read the order. But it’s kind of annoying to pay extra for something only to get home and eat a super plain burrito. Thanks. Thanks alot

Awful service! Find another one! The employees here hated the world. My bowl was so skimpy and the shell bowl was ridiculously stale! We gave this one another try and it was equally bad. We will find a different one to go to if we ever want to take the plunge.

My new staple food, its more flavorful than the Chipotle down the street, less crowded and free Guac and a rewards program. Really no reason to keep eating from Chipotle. Sometimes I have issues with some employees who want to charge me extra if I ask for a decent portion size, but overall I like this place.

It’s really not much of a stretch to compare this place to Chipotle or fast food. I happen to like Qdoba more because I get the feeling that there’s more food at a lower price, although I could be wrong. I don’t even know how long this restaurant has been here; the girl behind the counter said since 2005, but I never really noticed it until recently. Weird. Anyway, they were able to make my burrito and put it in a bowl and add a whole bunch of other stuff to it. I thought that was neat, and the price was reasonable, though I suspect that the calorie count for the food here is quite high. That’s one thing to watch out for at places like this, but I think it’s otherwise okay to indulge in a burrito from time to time.

I always like to go to Chipotle but for a change my husband and I went to Qdoba for lunch during a WEEKDAY! And I wish I can give them a zero. They didn’t have sour cream, tortilla chips, veggie and RICE! Their main dish RICE! They were lazy to refill everything! And they had a bad attitude as well! Never ever coming again ! And never recommending it to anyone!

I love this place! Better than Chipotle for sure. Food here is more flavorful, ingredients seem more fresh and I felt like there hot sauce was so much better than Chipotle’s. Also, the brown rice here tastes so much better!!! Highly recommend this place!

I came here for a quick dinner mainly bc they were having a BOGO special on all entrees. I haven’t had Qdoba in years so decided it’d be okay to check it out again. I went with what I’m familiar with, so I got a chicken burrito bowl. The ingredients seemed fairly fresh and my bowl looked appetizing, but eating it wasn’t as satisfying. It felt like there was only a little bit of each ingredient, and the chicken was chopped up pretty tiny. I’m not sure if it’s regularly like this, or they were just skimping on the portions with the special going on. $ 8 – 9 for a just okay burrito bowl, so I’m okay not going back. I guess the only awesome thing, or two, is that they have mango salsa(which was good!) and guacamole is no extra charge! But since the price might be slightly higher than other places it’s as if you’re paying for it anyway. Lastly, there’s outdoor seating, which is nice on a warm, summer evening :)

Qdoba gets an average rating. The staff was less than enthusiastic, which is understandable given the nature of the establishment but the food is always consistent and it’s a good decent burrito. I think the best part about them is the soda machine. For an establishment owned by Jack in the Box I’d say they perform well. Decent pricing for decent food. Always fast. Always consistent.

This is a brief review of Qdoba Mexican Grill in Redmond, Washington(15946 Redmond Way). This review is based on a carry-out order. My brother offered to pick up dinner and suggested Qdoba Mexican Grill. I quickly agreed. He said the staff was very friendly and professional. The food was prepared quickly. The food was neatly packed. Burrito(flour tortilla, brown rice, black beans, grilled chicken, salsa roja, sour cream, guacamole, and shredded cheese) — This was a very good burrito. Especially when considered as the product of a large restaurant chain. The ingredients were all fresh. There was an ample amount of each ingredient. The burrito was prepared so that each ingredient made an appearance in each bite. The chicken was tender and flavourful. The salsa roja was very tasty. I think that next time I will try the sauce that is one step up on the heat scale. Even though it was carry-out, the burrito was still very warm. Plus, it was very tightly wrapped. All the way to the last bite, the burrito held together. My brother really enjoyed his pork burrito. Receipt(Dinner for two plus 420 oz bottles of coke): $ 26.74 Overall — This was a very good carry-out dinner. The burritos were freshly prepared. They were neatly wrapped. The ingredients were all tasty and came together well. The staff was friendly and polite. (Note:This entire review takes the fact that this is a chain into account. This is not a «mission style» burrito. But, for me, it was a very enjoyable burrito.)
