Chuck is a true artist at his trade. You don’t go to see Chuck for his showroom or how well he displays his equipment. You go see Chuck if you truly appreciate a craftsman who can build a bike or a wheel-​set like no one else. You go to Chuck if you want someone to work on your bike who truly cares for your equipment, who will give you what you want and isn’t worried about up selling you to something you don’t need. Redmond is not convenient for me and I pass a few bike shops on the way to Pace Cycles, but I will continue to do so as long as Chuck is around. His quality and attention to detail is second to none
