Called them for a refrigerator repair Tony came three times, was not able to fix it and just left for a more important call with the refrigerator half un-​mounted. Lost all the food inside which was a bummer. His manager called me very nicely and we discussed options, turn out the technician was not sure where the issue was. We decided to part even, I didn’t pay for the service and I had to buy a new refrigerator which was several thousand dollar. I will never know if he caused the permanent damage to the refrigerator or not, the only thing I know is that the freezer was working when he showed up and never turned back on again. Two star because the manger did the right thing and didn’t charge for the original call.

I’ve used them 3 times (for a fridge and washer) and have been very pleased with availability and workmanship. Of all the outfits near Bellevue, they were the only one who would provide instant emergency fridge service.

Mr appliance was a rip-​off. They charged us $ 150 for a $ 50 part. A silverware tray!
Also, soap dispenser was $ 50 above list price.
The one star is because they showed up.
Mr Appliance admitted the pricing mistake & said, «they would refund the overcharge».
