**Update** I regret reporting this, but this dry cleaners, which I was so impressed by, has disappointed me with their alterations services and lackluster customer services, too. I recently brought 2 canvas straps here one Friday afternoon to be shortened. I had basted the straps myself, so it was super-easy and straight-forward, where I wanted the straps shortened, and by how much. We’re talking straight, wide canvas straps. If I had a sewing machine, I could’ve done the job myself in 5 – 10 minutes max. The lovely lady behind the counter, who recognized me from my recent business(bringing in my suede coat and a huge bed comforter) said no problem, the straps would be ready by Monday, but to be safe, let’s just say Tuesday, as she wasn’t 100% sure the tailor would be by to pick up the straps that day or on Saturday. I told her there was no rush, I will stop by next Friday. That’ll give her a whole week, for the tailor to do pick up the straps, shorten them and return them. I provided her with my phone number on a piece of paper, even though my contact info was in her computer. She told me twice, she thinks this small job will cost under $ 10, but if it’s more, she’ll call me first to confirm the price with me. I thought that was fair. I didn’t receive a call all week. Friday rolls around and I pop in here after work. The lady apologizes, saying the straps aren’t ready, the tailor just picked them up a few days ago. I was really surprised she didn’t call me to tell me not to come by; she had my number, and I was running late to meet friends. What a waste of time. The next day, on Saturday, I got a call at home saying the straps were ready and the job costs $ 15. Again, I was not happy that they went over the agreed-upon price without calling me first, as we had discussed. When I picked up the straps, they charged me $ 13.85, saying they took $ 5 off. What? The lady said they charged«a bit over $ 10» and the rest was tax. What? When did WA tax add nearly $ 4 to a $ 10 bill??? So… in a nutshell, they went over the agreed-upon price, their lead time for completing a simple job was way longer than they initially claimed, and they never called to prevent me from retuning unnecessarily when my straps weren’t ready. Not cool! The only upside is, they really did do a super job on the straps.

HORRIBLE!!! Shrunk several new sweaters and snagged a silk top. When I asked them how it happened, they said in the washing machine. I told them that I never washed them and they said THEYDID! I confirmed that they washed my clothes instead of dry cleaning them — she said yes and then they press them because its easier for them! They ruined my clothes!!! THISISNOTDRYCLEANING! I don’t pay ridiculous prices to launder my clothes! Unbelievable!

I’ve been bringing dress shirt to be laundered and pants to by dry cleaned here for over a year. I’ve had no problems, and have found the staff/owners very nice. I have not had any problems with the service or quality of the cleaning. I would recommend.

I took my Comforter here to be dry cleaned and I think it was a complete waste of money. I do get a discount for my stuff, however their prices are still a lot higher than anywhere else. When I asked why the comforter cost $ 45(before discount) however on their price sheet and over the phone they told me $ 35 the person wouldn’t give me any answer. On pick up I find that there is still dog hair on the comforter and that’s why I had sent it in for dry cleaning, and they didn’t seem to care, and said it can’t be removed. However a couple of minutes in front of me with a lint roller they were able to remove a lot of it. For the money spent, I will just go somewhere else.

Big fat zero for this place, use to take my clothes there but not anymore. They ruined mi $ 150 Robert Rodriguez blouse saying is not their problem, go talk someone else, they are not responsible for their business/work nor customers, they just don’t care. Will never take my clothes again and I suggest you do the same. If the top couldn’t handle dry cleaning process because it has plastic and they know it, then they shouldn’t have accepted it. Awful customer care!

I went to this place because they take Prime Card, for 30% off. I am very happy I did, they have reasonable prices and do EXCELLENT work. VERY fast turn around times. I brought in a comforter my dog accidentally piddled on, and they had it dry cleaned and looking and smelling brand new in less than 48 hours(I didn’t request a fast turn around, they just naturally did one). I’m very happy with their work and plan on continuing to bring them my dry cleaning needs.
