What a rad group of high class achievers. These guys are the best, they let me order my lunch at 10:58 not have to wait for the extra two minutes. Even though there was one that didn’t want to let me do it… Had to show the power they have. Really just top notch. Got my day goin right with them…

Do not ask for peanuts with your hotfudge sundae order… BEG for it! Now watch them roll their eyes, smacked their lips then unwillingly hand you a packet as if though you are the biggest inconvenience and/or just robbed them off their paycheck… And for orders to go, forget about a square of napkins… bring your own! * this is not a one occasion experience, it’s a standard at this particular restaurant.

I come to this Mc Donald’s frequent because it is on my way to work. This Location charges more than other Mc Donald’s I have been to. I have only been here in the early morning between 6am — 7am. The manager and staff are always friendly and very professional. The restaurant is always clean. It’s a hit or miss for me with this location. Sometimes my order is ready within a minute and the food is warm and good then other times I have to wait 5+ mins and the food is cold. For example yesterday I waited about 8 minutes for my egg & cheese biscuits because the biscuits were in the oven. When I received my order the biscuits were not warm and my hash browns could not have been any colder. I feel like our of courtesy they should have gave me a free pie or cookie or something because I had to wait so long. I have stopped coming here so much because I don’t like the fact that they charge more. Egg & cheese biscuit somewhere else cost me around $ 2.20 and here it cost me $ 2.99(prices before tax).

Meh it is okay. I don’t like coming to eat here it is unhealthy and very salty food. I only come here on the go or if I have no other option. If you want to get a good meal and a healthy meal just walk across the street to mods pizza.

First, let’s just say that I have never understood the attraction to McDonald’s. At best, the food is poor. I however stopped at this location to take my son to work and he was hungry. Being the only fast food place in our area, we stopped. We ordered the meals, paid for them and then waited by the counter to be served. As I watched those working, I saw absolutely no regard for food safety. One was combing his hair, another hands in his pocket’s and a girl who was searching through her purse. The topper was tho the girl who coughed after placing her hand over her mouth and then proceeded to put fries in their holders each time with the palm resting on the top layer of them. I asked for my money back which I got and left. To the owner I say that while I understand that you are a busy person, somehow/someway you must spend time at your store to watch and give direction. I would start by retraining for the proper way to handle food. Then I would get rid of those that do less than perfect work if even it means paying a little more to attract those of higher quality. As example, look at Dick’s Drive In. Each of their employee’s are top notch because they are paid something close to $ 13/hr to start vs $ 10 or less than then you do. I get that employee’s are a pain, my wife and I have 16, but they are paid well over the average for our industry and therefore we demand and get great work with very happy customer’s. I for one will never visit your store again and will see to it that my wife and 3 kid’s do not either.

This Rotten Ronnies is one of the last resorts for fast food there is before stop and go traffic on my way home to Duvall. That being said, I usually don’t count on McDonalds to suppress my hunger on a daily basis, but being that my kids were at home with mom and there was no food(meaning no readily accessible packaged crap) in the house, my eldest teenage daughter called and asked me to pick something up on the way home. Well being the product of a lazy society myself I drove by everything I could before I had come to the last fast food joint before I got home(and my strategy was to get it to them as hot and fast as possible). I ordered mighty kids meal crap for my 5 year old daughter and asked for a girls toy, and a McChicken meal as well as another McChicken sandwich for my 15 year old. I had them throw in two Big Macs for me just cause. I wasn’t hungry but I figured It had been a while since I’ve had diarrhea, so I caved. I got the food and bailed without looking at the contents because I had just read an article on how the CEO is making the drive through process a better experience and less erroneous to boost customer satisfaction and overall sales. Well it took me 20 minutes to get home from the second I threw the McDonalds bags o’ food on my passenger seat. When I start handing the food out to the kids, I realize there’s no friggin McChicken sandwiches at all and the damn kids toy is for a boy when I specifically asked for a girls toy. Maybe McDonalds is trying to be gender neutral but my 5 year old princess doesn’t want a mechanical brown lion thingy to play with while she sits on the toilet with the runs from Mickey Ds. So I pull out my receipt and look at it and I was clearly charged. I start bitching and moaning to my wife because the gd place is 20 minutes up the hill and it’s like rush hour. But her being the«it’s the principle» type of person, tells me she will go back with me and long story short, we get there and the manager dude came over and I whipped out my receipt and explained to him that I didn’t get 2 of the sandwiches and the toy was for a boy and I needed a girls. He said«are you sure it was 2 McChickens, cause we only have 1 that was left?» I just pointed to my receipt and said«yep». Then he grabbed the only girls toy he had left from another customers outgoing bag! Well he gave me the sandwiches and the toy but still, he robbed Peter to pay Paul with that toy stunt. So I guess I got lucky but I still had to run all the way back and forth in rush hour and next time I feel like a dose of diarrhea, I will just make sure I receive all of the food I ordered from there.

Like any good parent, we only let the kids eat McDonald’s about 3 or 4 times per year, maybe less. We’ve visited this McDonald’s a few times over the past 3 years via drive through. Every time they mess up our order and forget one item. Most visits the fries or burgers are lukewarm, old and nasty. We actually have not been back in months. I just remembered to write this review. If you are having one of the McD special occasions for the kids, drive to a different McDonald’s since this one is just awful. It will be worth the extra effort.

This was a weird McDonald’s experience, I don’t go to mcdonalds very often for obvious reasons given that the food is in my opinion of low quality even for how cheap the price is but regardless all my buddies were about it and I didn’t want to be the only person to say no I got a cheese burger a medium fry and a 4 piece chicken nuggets. The manager was running the floor and he was being very aggressive with everyone. I felt bad for his employees, he was yelling at them In front of the people who were waiting and was pretty snappy with me too. It was just uncomfortable This was when I realized I should have gone through the drive through As I was leaving one of the cooks was outside and asked me what I had eaten, I told him, he asked how it was I told him it was great and the food wasn’t awful He then said thanks yeah the chicken nuggets are freshest from 5 to 7 It was 9… Also charging for sauces is weak bro 25 cents for extra bbq? Come on Treat your people better bro

This McDonalds is more expensive than other McDonalds with employees that think work is time to socialize and usually do not fill the order correctly. Because it is the closest McDonalds we have been going here for breakfast on a regular basis(2 egg white delites, 2 oatmeals and coffee) for slightly over $ 14. This morning was the absolute worse. It was obvious that the employees thought it was party time and our order was badly screwed up. This was the straw that broke the camels back. Bye, bye Novelty Hill McDonalds.

We went to McDonalds to get two happy meals for our grandchildren. It was a rainy Tuesday night and we were the only customers in the place. A manager greeted us with ‘What do you want?’ Excuse me? We placed the orders. He slapped it on the counter with ‘there’ and walked away. Really? One of orders was wrong — ketchup only came out as no ketchup. The fries were cold and had clearly been sitting around for awhile. Our grandson is only 3 so he didn’t care but his ‘toy’ was a non functioning watch. Aren’t these suppose to be for children? All in all, terrible service, cold food — we won’t be back.

I might need a reminder on what the whole point of fast food is. Wasn’t McDonald’s supposed to be geared toward people who wanted a lot of food at a low price? So why does this restaurant exist if it’s offering very little food at a high price? When you take into consideration that the food is invariably junk food anyway, and that the store is in the middle of nowhere, and that there are better options for food nearby, there is virtually no reason to ever come here. Gone are the days when you could find an entire menu filled with tasty foods at bargain prices at McDonald’s. Instead, you’ll probably find anything remotely worthwhile here to be around five dollars before tax. It’s not like that makes the food any less artery-clogging, but if everything they had was going to suck, I wanted to order the thing that sucked the least. I got the Filet-O-Fish for $ 4.59 before tax, and the funny part is how this supposedly adds up to $ 5.01 after tax. Whoever came up with that must have done so to be as annoying as possible. The cashier certainly didn’t help, as she waited patiently for me to pull a five-dollar bill and a one-dollar bill out of my wallet. She proceeded to give me ninety-nine cents in change, which came across as a complete waste of time since pennies are worthless and lying around everywhere. The Filet-O-Fish itself might as well be considered worthless because it consists of nothing more than a slice of cheese, a slice of fish, and some tartar sauce between two buns. I don’t see how this is worth paying more than five dollars for when other restaurants have food higher in quality and quantity while still maintaining lower prices. That’s why you go to those other restaurants instead and wait for McDonald’s to slowly kill itself.

This McDonald’s sucks. We waited in line for over 15 minutes to get our food at the drive through. When I go to eat fast food I expect it to be fast.

This location is like any normal Mc Donald’s as far the menu goes. The inside is clean and most of the table are booths or high stools. There is NO playground at this store(if that’s important) I was inspired to write this review while waiting in the drive thru because they are slow slow slow. I love mc Donald’s fries but not from this store. This location more often than not gives me cold fries. They taste like they’ve been sitting there for a while. Also they are super stingy with sauce for the nuggets. I’ve paid for extra sauce to get home and see that they never gave it to me. One time they forgot to give me any nugget sauce and when I asked for some they said I had to pay extra for it until I told them there was none in the bag to begin with and I had to show them the bag. I still come here but I just don’t order fries. There were few times I gave their fries another chance and I was very disappointed.

This is not my favorite McDonalds but its close to the house. Typically the wait in the drive thru in the evening is at least 5 minutes. Tonight, we go specifically to get a sundae and they«can’t do ice cream right now». No explanation, no apology, no offer of alternatives. Lame.

If you thinking about going to this McDonalds or the downtown Redmond one, I highly recommend the downtown location. This location is a franchise location and the service sucks and the prices are higher than the downtown Redmond restaurant.

The nicest McDonald’s interior design I have ever visited is located near Redmond Ridge, Washington. The food is still the same old, same old, but the Angus burger is best tasting burger to date. Great place to decrease your life span!

This is such an awesome little McDonalds!!! :) I never really eat the food there, but I do get an iced coffee through the drive through about once a week! It’s always fast, the employees are friendly and they’re so courteous! I was waiting for like… seriously 2 minutes once for my coffee and the girl making it apologized for my wait about 3 times! I had the oatmeal once… it was great! :)
