This is the 3^rd year I’ve filed my taxes with Jason and his team, and they are great! Fast, accurate, and affordable. A few emails back and forth and my taxes are done. Couldn’t ask for an easier experience.

Jason is a knowledgeable guy, and helped me fire up my LLC with ease. Really appreciate the know-​how and the responsiveness.

I feel he was rather expensive, which is why I only gave 4 stars, but at the same time he did spend a lot of time with me while other accountants I’ve worked with and were cheaper don’t ask any questions and have the job done quickly. I really needed the time spent and the knowledge, so the price was worth it to me this time around.

As I got older my taxes have become more complicated. I was overwhelmed at first but after meeting with Jason and having him prepare my taxes I feel much better. Not only was he able to help me get the documents I need to file my taxes but he also took the time to explain them and make sure I understood what was going on.

I was offered a position with a new company with the choice of being paid as regular employee or at a higher rate as a contractor. After reading reviews on Unilocal I contacted Jason. He was able to walk me through the tax implications of both options. I was a little intimidated when I was originally offered the two options for hire but now I feel pretty confident on what which route to take. Jason was very personable and broke things down for me. This was nice because other accountants I’ve talked with really didn’t take the additional time to help me fully understand.

Well, I won’t be getting $ 100 credit for leaving a 5-​star review but at least I’ll be able to speak my truth and provide some honest feedback regarding my roughly 6-​month tenure doing business w/​this company. This was my first experience having an accountant as I’m a new small business owner and my needs aren’t great or complicated, but somehow I found myself on numerous occasions waiting for a response by email, a few times up to a week and often prompted by me asking if he was on vacation or just «checking in». I’m talking about extremely simple question and answer stuff, the things that should take a day or two at most to get back to a low level client on. I actually spoke up about my frustrations and Jason apologized all over himself, saying he figured out where the breakdown in communication was and offered me my next quarterly taxes on the house. Since then, I’ve been left hanging by email a few more times by both he and his assistant. Now, I’m just flat out being ignored after she «scheduled» my quarterly federal return and forgot to mention that her «getting that scheduled» REALLY means «I needed to cut a check and mail it» a couple of days ago. I asked for clarification and have only received silence, therefore, in the words of The Donald, The Trumpster… «YOU’RE FIRED!!!’

Jason is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I walked-​in the day before tax was due and he was willing to help me despite the fact that he had a lot on his plate already. Amazing attitude and service! I would totally recommend him to all who is in need of a CPA!
