Dynacore Fitness

I have been to many fitness establishments, but have never felt as welcomed and empowered to know that I can achieve my fitness goals than with Denys and Teresa. They offer invaluable information for anyone who is serious about their health and fitness and ready to take it to the next level.
The workouts are phenomenal and I always leave feeling invigorated and full of energy.
I have far surpassed what I expected of myself both with strength and endurance, and I am only getting stronger.
This gym is worth every penny!

Denys and Theresa are great. They can give anyone the tools they need to be successful in reaching their weight loss goals. Check out the before and after photos for proof. It is a complete program nutrition and workouts. Their program is so easy and it WORKS. I have been a member for over a year and am in the best shape of my life after having two kids! Thank you Dynacore.
Why does Unilocal filter out ALL of the good reviews from actual members? I have never met or even seen Justyn C at the gym?! This is not right.

If you are in pretty good shape already, and have no history of illness or injury then Dynacore can be the right place for you. However, if you are one of the many with limitations, please think twice about the «personal support» you are expecting. Denys strongly believes that pushing through is the answer, when in reality he has very little knowledge on what else could be done under certain conditions. Please read the contract carefully as it is very difficult to get out from under if unforeseen events occur in your life, even if they verbally tell you different upon signing up. I personally had to get out of my contract due to a disability, and soon after received a letter from Denys and Teresa asking me never to contact them again, unless in writing. I was surprised at this response as I felt that we had developed a friendship after working out hard for a few months and I had even helped paint the inside of their business. A friendship in such that I hesitated for a very long time to write any kind of review. But I have now heard from others who shared in the same type of experience that I had, and I feel that something should be done. All it would have taken from the Middletons was $ 70 and a smile to make me feel that our friendship ended on good and fair terms. So yes please think twice about joining Dynacore.
