Unparalleled service ! Such wonderful ladies who welcome you in with a smile :) I had a custom engagement ring that my fiancé had done and I was worried about getting it resized as it was too big! We went to Danielson jewelers per recommendation from the original jeweler. I brought the ring in Saturday and got a call on Monday that it was ready! when I tried it on again it was a perfect fit and was cleaned to sparkle oh so brightly. Great price for excellent quality work and now they have a lifelong customer :) thank you!!!

I haven’t purchased anything from this store but I did go in to see their engagement ring selection. I went in maybe 20 mins before closing and the young gal (owner’s daughter) didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She showed me just about everything they had, in the style I was looking for, and I thought it was all very nice. All but one ring I looked at was 14k gold. I was looking for Platinum but she said they could do custom. She offered a lot of information and education regarding selecting a diamond. It was extremely insightful even though I had already done a lot of homework. I was so impressed with the customer service. If we don’t end up purchasing a ring from them we will definitely use them for other services like sizing, polishing or evaluation. I highly recommend checking them out.

UPDATE: The owner did eventually send me a check for a new watch band.
I wrote a letter to the owners of Danielson’s about my concerns w/​their store. It’s been over a month now and still no reply… this just further cements that my opinion of them is correct.

Danielson has been my family’s jeweler for as long as I can remember. The Danielson family has had their business in Redmond for years. Although my engagement ring came from my husband’s family’s jeweler in Bend, Oregon, Danielson resized it for us and also did our custom wedding bands. They made and re-​made the wax molds many times to get mine juuuuuuust right and to fit perfectly with my engagement ring. All the work was done in house, and came out beautiful. Danielson is the kind of jeweler you can trust with big, important pieces as well as small things like graduation gifts and repairs.
