I’m a Realtor, and needed to get some color flyers printed from my USB drive. I was unsure about using these guys because of past reviews. All I can say is my experience was entirely positive. The guy behind the counter was very helpful, he made sure to use the paper I selected, had no problems using my file from USB, and importantly charged a fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this print shop again. As a side note: there were two gentlemen getting oversized house plans printed in front of me and were clearly repeat customers.

These people saved me and my event. I was preparing to create cards for both my parents memorial service, (who recently passed within weeks of each other).
I was behind schedule and overwhelmed with many of my projects.
They were my angels in my time of need.
Not only did they finish my printing for me on time, it was top quality.
I am filled with gratitude.

I’m a student and rent books and then drop them off regularly each quarter to send back. Normally the people are very accommodating. Being new to redmond I went here to drop off my books and I got the worst service. For a company who’s motto includes good service, the guy here was so rude and coarse with me. He offered no help and no greeting. I needed tape and it seemed like the end of the world for him! Then he walked away as I finished the package and then without even looking at me just told me to leave it on the counter. I will never come here again, not even to drop off a box. Worst service ever!

Only2 stars because my wife went in there and this guy, who never met her, started dropping the F bomb like a drunken bar goer. The work was done properly but we will not be back.
