Boeing Employees’ Credit Union

What is it about this CU that blows? They have good rates posted right on the front pages of their really nice website. They have a lot of cash machines around, and if you went down the list of services, they are very competitive. But I just don’t like them.
I’ve been a customer for a number of years now, purely for getting loans. I’ve had a few car loans and a heloc as well as a checking and savings account. Nothing special really…
Here are my gripes:
I fracking (any BSG fans out there?) HATE the «Express Service Center» concept. Basically these are cashless facilities with long lines and a few employees to answer your questions. Also they have a cash machine… were the employee will tell you go if you want to do any actual banking. I dunno, it just doesn’t work for me. I either want full service or no service.
I never feel comfortable at any branch I’ve been to. The customer treatment is so-​so at best. I’m probably being generous. This store in particular feels exposed because it’s in a Slaveway. I never feel like the employees really care about their jobs, the welfare of their company, or the needs of the customer.
Another thing that sucks is the long account numbers. Why can’t we have something that I can remember?
Also, they have more fees than WECU… I’m just not a fan. At least it’s not Bank Robbers of America though.
