I had been to this location once before for a B12 shot and had a really good experience. However the one I had today was the worst ive ever experienced. I went to the capitol hill location for my first initial shot with them (I’ve had 3) and the girl told me «we don’t even have a location in capitol hill»… you definitely do. She proceeded to argue with me for 5 minutes about if I’d been to the Redmond location. I had, she didn’t believe me. She said I’d never been to the Redmond location, insinuated I was lying or making it up. Got tons of attitude. Clearly someone forgot to record my information, shouldn’t have been a big deal, instead she decided to blame it on the customer and make it really weird. Girl seemed about 18 by the way she was acting, definitely wasn’t confident about her doing a medical procedure on me after that point.

Wow I’ve had a lot of blood drawn before but this was by far the worst experience ever. Both arms, no draw, and lots of pain.
So if you want pain in both arms without any blood draw, you should come here.

The new owner is cheap. He does not ensure the lab has what they need to full the appointments. I have shown up for my scheduled B12 shot and they are out of gloves, needles and B12. The owner will also argue with you about what you purchased from the previous owner trying to get more money out you. Stay away and go to other labs that offer better services like Back to Heath, LipoLaser. These places understand customer service and will help you.
