Yummy Donuts & Sub

There service is awesome. I went in one day ordered 12+ variety croissants sandwiches and they truly have awesome customer service skills.

My coworker ordered two sandwiches over the phone to be picked up in 20 minutes. We have a short lunch time. When we arrived the line was long and it was taking forever for the two ladies to make everyone’s sandwiches. Two people left the line because it took too long. By the time we got up to the counter they hadn’t even started our order. It’s was 15 minutes past the promised time and 30 minutes since we placed the order. It took an additional 10 minutes for them to even make our sandwiches. In all it took them 40 minutes which left us with about 10 minutes to eat. When we paid we asked if we could take some chips for the inconvenience they caused which they replied to with a laugh and a no answer. Not until we said okay we don’t think we will be coming back here did the lady finally offer us one kind of chip. We do love the sandwiches themselves but the customer service and wait time is not worth it.

My original 5 star review (see below) is now down to two stars after my most recent experience there. I ordered two turkey croissant sandwiches for lunch after raving to my coworker about this place and everything was ready on time, per usual but when I got back to my office on the other side of town we noticed that they made us tuna sandwiches instead of turkey. I understand that this is partially my fault for not checking before i left but i had not a single issue here before that so i was confident in my order, the sandwich mix up isn’t even why I was upset. I called to let them know their mistake and the girl I spoke to passed the phone to the lady working in the kitchen and he said very angrily that she knows «for a fact» that she made two turkey sandwiches, when it was obvious she didn’t because my name is on the back with the two tuna sandwiches. Anyway, another employee jumped on the phone and said that they will remake them for lunchtime for me the next day and just to call it in, this employee was very very polite and handled everything well! The next day comes and I order the sandwiches and explain to the girl on the phone what happened, same employee from the kitchen took the phone and claimed that she only owes me one sandwich because yesterday she made one turkey and only one tuna and then proceeded to tell me what a liar i was. Long story short, I think its crap that I was treated this way as if them messing up my order was just my fault. I give them a lot of business but I have not been back since this happened.

I love this place! I live right up the street from here on W. Olive so this is a really convenient location for me to pick up a quick breakfast or lunch on the go. The first thing that grabbed my attention was the drinks, I love boba tea and I would usually go to Loma Linda just for a drink so I was super happy when they opened. I love their turkey croissant sandwich and the donuts are always fresh. They also have really good fruit juices. I have never had a problem with this place. The best part is you can call in and they have your order ready for you on time!

Donuts are always soft and really fresh tasting! Bring cash because there is a fee for using cards. Donuts are reasonably priced and they always have quick and efficient service. I have never tried any of their other items but the breakfast sandwiches look delicious!

Tonight I came to this place with my mom and my little niece… my sister had recommended this place. We drove from Rialto to try it out we’ve been looking for a smoothies place and we found it!!! It’s really good and they have all kinds of sandwiches and donuts coffee… they are pretty stocked up! Juice teas cold and hot… and my all time favorite milk tea! We will be back… as a matter of fact we took two more smoothies in total 5. We ordered mango smoothies avocado smoothie and also a coconut smoothie they were all delicious!

I crave their ham & cheese croissant all the time! I’m so happy my boyfriend lives in Redlands so I can get them whenever I visit! I’m willing to commute from Orange County to the Inland Empire just to get them. Also, their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are delicious! If you want something simple and guaranteed good, this is the place to go! Sometimes I order their iced Vietnamese coffee! I swear there is crack in it because it will keep you wired the whole day! I’m glad I was able to try their food a year ago and still loving it today! :)

I’ve been here multiple times as my daughters enjoy boba as a treat after school and we live close to this donut shop.
The first impression is that they aren’t very clean. The floors and tables are sticky and not mopped/​wiped down as often as they should be. There is constantly a fly and or flies *in* the donut case as they don’t employ flyscreens at their doors.
The few times I’ve actually purchased donuts there, they haven’t been bad, but they are not great. Just kind of an average donut. I’ve had a sub sandwich there once. I was not impressed at all by the quality of the ingredients and spent most of the remainder of the day trying to wash the saltiness away.
The staff is smiling and friendly but somewhat difficult to communicate with due to a language barrier. I do applaud the staff for knowing way more English than I know of any other language. However, that said, it still makes even a simple order of after-​school boba difficult.

They have a B and they don’t have very good service and there donuts aren’t very good

The only thing I have tried from here are the subs and donut holes. The subs are very good and inexpensive. I will definitely return to try more.

This place has the best donuts! Always soft and FRESH. Everytime I bring them to work I alwayys get compliments… and who compliments donuts right? If you want donuts and a bogo boba, this place is perfect. I mean if your looking for the gourmet best boba/​donuts ever, go to LA and stop complaining, theyre prices are reasonable too. This place is awesome, and good customer service.

Omg they have the most amazing carrot cake there reminds me of my old childhood memory carrot cake my baby sister use to make! And nothing has ever compared to hers! Great job I found my place! (:

I had their boba milk tea BOGO. Which is a great deal! Unfortunately, it was unimpressive. The boba wasn’t fresh and there was too much milk in it. I wanted to like it, but it just didn’t deliver. I will probably be back again to try their other flavors though. Why? Because Redlands just doesn’t have many boba options.
They have donuts, sandwiches, ice cream, boba and flaming hot Cheetos. Very random assortment of sinful delights. I would recommend they change their name to something that doesn’t have donuts in it. I was skeptical about the quality of their boba because it was coming from a donut shop. (Which I may be right about) At any rate, they should have a name that captures the variety of lunch/​breakfast options that they do have.

Service is great, depending on the person… they have hired some new staff that seem to be still getting the hang of things. I love the buy one get one free drink deal they have going on! I love coming here for my double dose of Thai ice tea. :) Their creams puffs are delicious and as a a vegetarian I love the veggie sandwich they offer. Everything is delicious!

I remember waiting and waiting and waiting for this place to open last year… and it took me almost another year to actually go there.
I walked over on a weekday, late morning.
The first thing I noticed was a group of people loitering around the side corner… not kids, but adults. One asked for money and I heard another ask a different customer for a cigarette. It wasn’t pleasant and didn’t make me comfortable to eat there or utilize the nice weather and patio. Rosa Maria’s is right next door and I haven’t encountered this crowd there… strange.
The second thing I noticed was that when looking at the menu wall it was a list of boba, slushies, donuts, subs/​breakfast sandwiches and cigarettes? Unexpected, but it’s a business.
Next came the B rating in the window. That hasn’t been something that would deter me in itself, but combined with the rest of this it was not helping the odds of me returning.
I ordered a ham, egg and cheese bagel sandwich and a jelly donut. The bagel sandwich was okay. About what I would make at home. It was $ 2.50, so not a horrible price if I was in a hurry. It was less melted and toasty and more like room temperature bagel with cheese food product and ham lunch meat.
The jelly donut was okay. Very artificial and jelly goo filled… I’m going to imagine it was cherry lube. Cherry lube filled donut, but not the worst ever. Was fresh from that day, so that was good.
The two ladies working the counter seemed to be busy but it still took 10 minutes for breakfast sandwiches, so not a place if you’re very rushed.
It is very close right now and I might give it a second chance, but I’m a bit turned off by the quality of food and the crowd in draws. They need something special if they want to draw in a crowd.

This review is based solely on the cost of donuts and service.

Great donuts. Ordered 6 dozen donuts for my work and all sixty or so loved them! They also open decently early at 4 am. Great coffee too. They usually have a few different brews going which is a plus.
Better coffee than Starbucks and cheaper ;) I frequent this place often at 4:30 on the way to work for coffee and occasionally a donut!

Before going shopping crazy my friend and I met here for some boba! Not only this was a boba spot but also a donut shop I see. Looking at their menu they had a crazy wide variety of coffee and tea drinks… I opted to get a jasmine milk tea which was very good, and reasonably priced! (Probably $ 1 less compared to other boba tea places nearby). Donuts also looked pretty good too (they had tiger tails!), but with the boba I think I had enough sugar for the day lol. They also served sandwiches which looked yummy as well.
Service here was very friendly and nice, only thing was that there was only one girl working behind the counter so it was kind of slow, and there was a long line of people! You wouldn’t expect that on an early Saturday night. but hey I guess that shows how good business is for them.

I went back recently as my son’s school is nearby. I changed my mind, maybe I just had a bad batch or something. I enjoyed my donut and the coffee is Perfect. I’m a fan.

I almost never give five stars, but this place gets it for it’s combination of great price and quality of the food. I’m specifically reviewing the sandwiches, which are tasty, loaded with good stuff, and about a foot long, for less that five bucks!
No joke, you can get a delicious toasted pastrami sub that’s a foot long for $ 4.50. I don’t even know how they do it.
The donuts are good too, but I come here for the sandwiches. They seem to be open all the time (3am to 10pm!) and they have fantastic breakfast sandwiches for just a couple bucks. I hope these guys have years of success.

Went there today after my brother recommended it. I got the submarine sandwich with avocado. It was great. Everything was fresh. I think they bake their own bread which is always a plus. It was a footlong with avocado and it came to $ 5 and change. I will definitely return.

Enjoyed my free donut for the grand opening.
